Conveniently located with easy, immediate access to the Ocean, and the Gulf through Vaca Cut within minutes of the world's best fishing, snorkeling, and diving. Dock is 37 feet long with fresh water, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. This property will make you want to experience 'Tiki Time' for your tropical time outs year after year!

Both tropical unit layouts are identical, just mirror images of each other. Furnishings are as shown on the website. Nothing is shared between the two units.
