Large home nestled in the dune...one house from the entrance to St. Pete’s Beach

This spacious and very bright four bedroom, two bath home has sleeping for 10 guests. The home has a large driveway with parking for 4 cars and is located on a double lot with plenty of beautifully landscaped outdoor space. The back of the home has large windows and sliding glass doors to decks on both the first and second floor with spectacular dune and sunset views. Located on the first floor deck is new extra large stainless steel gas Weber grill.There is a huge custom cedar and mahogany outdoor shower at the side of the home. The first floor has a laundry area, large kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for four, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room and two bedrooms and one full bath. The second floor has a sun filled family room with deck access, two bedrooms, a full bath, and a sliding glass door to a front deck with views of St. Peter's church and the lighthouse.

Wonderful location. We’ve rented 2 years in a row. Could benefit from a little more attention to details. Front door screen that was broken last year was still broken. Same for garbage disposal. Had to buy a sink strainer to be able to wash dishes and avoid plugged up drain. But it’s a GREAT location.

My family loves this house. Close to the beach, great yard, very comfortable inside. Chris is great, very responsive. Has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We are going back next year! Our favorite place at Cape May Point. Highest recommendations!

We love love everything about this house. It’s close to a great beach, has a great yard for kids, and the kids can ride bikes and scooters around the church and on the street. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. Chris the owner is very responsive. Our favorite place in Cape May Point. We have been coming for years. Highly highly recommend.

Our favorite

This is the third year we have rented this house and we are going back next year. What more could you ask for, immaculate, roomy and comfortable, well stocked, outdoor shower, great yard, bikes and beach equipment, AND right next to St. Pete’s beach entrance. We just love it. The only request is some furniture for the upper decks. This house is a great find….you will not be disappointed!

June at the Point!

First time we’ve been to the Point in June…loved that is was not as crowded! Gull’s Cry is a lovely, family friendly home with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The deck and beautifully landscaped yard were a real bonus and we enjoyed the bikes and being able to store our beach chairs, etc. in the huge shed…though there really was everything needed already available! Great location, second house from the beach, and plenty of off street parking…would love to see an upgrade to the TV service and more dining room chairs so we can all eat together!

Fantastic location, great amenities, short walk to the beach and a short drive to town / shops / etc. Looking forward to staying there again next year!

Wonderful location and perfect for families!

The owner was very responsive and you can't beat the location of the property. The point is a wonderful place to bring the kids and for families. We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect location for a family getaway

It doesn't get any better than being steps from the beach at Cape May Point. The house is spacious and well appointed with sitting areas on both levels. The bedrooms were large with plenty of space in the closets and dressers. The wraparound yard is even larger than pictured, and is a great place for kids to play and adults to relax. The host was responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion: an outdoor dining table would make for a nice upgrade to enjoy summer meals on the deck. We had a wonderful 3 weeks!

Quiet and relaxing

Clean house with lovely outdoor landscaping. Can hear the waves from the outdoor spaces. Had a peaceful few weeks here, just what we needed!

Great house and location

This is a beautiful home, located just a block away from the beach entrance. There is a nice large terrace in the back of the house and a small one on the front of the house. The owner is very responsive. You could only beat the location of the house if it was on the beach!

Beautiful location in Cape May Point

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive. The house has a great layout, nice backyard and excellent location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house near the beach

We had a fantastic time at this lovely home, one house away from the St. Peter’s beach entrance. My adult son said he hadn’t put shoes on the entire week! The home itself is very open which lends itself to lots of possibilities for interacting, while cooking, playing games, etc. There are lots of big windows in every room that allow for wonderful breezes, so we hardly used the A/C. The kitchen has everything you need, and we made all our meals at home. There is a lovely back deck with seating and “ the best grill he had ever used”, acc. to my son in law. A big plus is the yard, where we played soccer and KanJam. Upstairs are 2 more lovely decks and a fantastic sitting room where we all totally enjoyed some quiet space to read or relax in. There is the nicest outdoor shower I have ever seen, with plenty of hot water. There were 5or 6 bikes for our use, as well as some beach chairs and an umbrella. No beach badges though, but you can buy them right at the beach. The beach is great, the water was a perfect temp with just enough waves to entertain the kids. The location so close to the beach was amazing...in the morning we flew a kite or went fishing, and in the evening we gathered to watch the spectacular sunsets. Also, Chris, the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. One complaint was that, other than the deck right off the dining room, there was no deck furniture on the lovely decks, which we found surprising. It would have been nice to eat outside or just relax on the decks, which look down on the beautiful yard. But it in no way took away from our enjoyment of staying in this fantastic house. Everyone in my family kept commenting how much they loved it, in every way, and we hope to come back! Highly recommend.

A CMP treasure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home - it has become our favorite place to rent at CMP. The outside shower and the location right next to St. Peter's beach entrance are the top 2 features that we cannot say enough about. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. The driveway is very spacious, making it easy to unload and load belongings. Lots of great space outdoors (fenced in) and a nice open floor plan inside. Great house!
