New to market for summer 2023! Inground gunite pool new for summer 2023. Heated from May 1- October 31. 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home with new outside shower. Sleeps 12. Private meadow setting with heated pool. Come off the beach after a long day in the sun and relax at your private pool and watch the beautiful sunsets over the meadow. Gorgeous open floor plan with private cul de sac location. First floor master with en suite bathroom. Recently renovated third floor provides a huge room for kids to hang out and is furnished with several bedding options. Twin pop up trundle can be used as 2 twins or a king. There is also a queen bed and full sleeper futon.

.7 miles to the beach and a short walk to the Washington street Mall and Emlen Physick Estate.

The house will cater to families with children. It is fully stocked with beach chairs, pool toys, games, baby supplies etc. Bob jogging stroller, and playpen.

No linens or towels provided.
$450 cleaning fee to all rentals
$700 security deposit or damage protection required
$50/day pool heating fee Sept-Oct 31

7 day rentals only during peak summer months.

No linens provided. Linen service can be arranges through Linen Ladies in Cape May at renters cost.

Perfect family vacation

This was our first family vacation together and it was wonderful. The home was just as we expected and more!The pool was a big hit with the grandkids.Lesly the owner was exceptional!! The family can’t wait to go back next year!!

Cape May Retreat

This Cape May house was very enjoyable. We loved the pool and the private location on the Cape May River. It was very quiet and private, but a short walk or bike ride to the beach or downtown. The house was well furnished with comfortable furniture! Thank you for a wonderful week in Cape May.

Best place we have stayed!

My family and I visit Cape May every year and have booked lots of different vacation home rentals. This is by far the best place we have stayed.. and this was our second year at this location! Great house, great location and it has a pool! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely!

Everything about our stay was wonderful -- the house and pool are beautiful and perfectly maintained (a couple of appliances could use updating - nitpicking here) and there was plenty of room for our family of 7 -- kids, parents and grandparents. The location is great, everything is convenient and whenever we went out, coming back to our house was so nice!

Perfect Oasis

Our family loved this house! So beautiful & comfortable. The back deck & pool are amazing. Excellent communication with the owner. We were so close to everything in Cape May. Also just a short ride to Wildwood. We highly recommend this house.

A to Z everything you need

Wonderful home in a quiet perfect location. Truly in the middle from downtown shops to Beach to Lobster House. Tons of room for the family and everything you need and then some. The deck in the morning is great place to have coffee, watch the hawks fly by or take an early morning swim. It was the perfect fit for our week in Cape May ❤️

Loved it!

We had a brief but phenomenal stay. Leslie was amazing and answered all our questions promptly. The house was very spacious and packed with everything we needed. We had a great time and super enjoyed the pool. Plus, loved the sunset viewed from the back porch. Look forward to many future stays here ♥️

We really enjoyed the location, in particular for our young children. We were within walking distance of a fenced in playground, Acme and Washington street mall. The house was laid out nicely for multiple families and the pool was lovely. Unfortunately the pool heater broke and was like that for most of the trip but the host very prompt about communicating about repairs and updates. She also answered all of my questions within 30 minutes and offered a partial refund for the issue with the pool which I really appreciated.

Cape May 2024

We had a wonderful stay at this location! We've been vacationing in Cape May for over 25 years and this is one of our favorite houses so far. The house was very neat and very tastefully decorated with many amenities provided including beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, etc... The beautiful pool is perfect for days when you don't feel like going to the beach; it's like having a private resort in your back yard.Lesley was wonderful as a host-provided immediate responses to any questions we had. My whole family raved about this house!

Positive: Beds are comfortable and the pool is great. Very good location in Cape May. Check-in was smooth.Negative: Oven did not work and the dryer required three cycles to dry properly . We found all the outdoor furniture soaking wet. Some of the beach chairs were broken. Unlike the photos, all the equipment in the garage was in complete disarray. The owners would not allow us to bring my Veteran son’s service dog with us which caused us much family difficulty. The owner said that their daughter was allergic and that they would be following our stay which we later found out to be a lie.

1) Payment was 20 days late 2) renters checked in 2 hours early without authorization 3) Renters checked out 25 minutes late and were nasty to my cleaning people 4) Renters booked the house one year in advance yet less than 12 hours prior to check in they informed me they were bringing a dog which is against house rules. 5) There was an issue with the stove however renters were not accommodating to having a repair man come in to fix it 6) The cleaners found 2 broken wooden window blinds on the third floor 7) dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and not run on check out. We have been renting for 3 years with all 5 star reviews except this one. Clearly they were the problem.

Monarch Manor

We had the pleasure of being the first guests to stay at Monarch Manor and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home is tucked away off Lafayette street in a cul de sac and backs up to the Cape Island Creek and the salt marsh. We enjoyed mornings on the deck listening to and watching the birds in this peaceful setting just blocks away from the hustle and bustle of town. Of course the best part was the newly finished pool. What a pleasure to have this feature with small children. We could take a break from the beach when the weather wasn’t the greatest and enjoy the pool and house. The house was spacious, immaculate, provided for all our our families needs. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Monarch Manor provided us with a comfortable and memorable family vacation and we will surely be back again!

We are a family of 3 that absolutely love Cape May. We started with properties in Wildwood Crest then Diamond Beach but once we started to experience the year round activities of Cape May we fell in love. Christmas is our most favorite time here. We live full time in Mechanicsburg, Pa.

We loved the private setting and water views located right in the heart of Cape May. The first floor master is a plus as we hope to retire in Cape May someday. We recently upgraded from a townhouse just a block away because we wanted to have a single family house with a private pool.
