The house was dirty when we arrived. There was a half chewed giant rawhide toy laying in the floor. There was a bath towel thrown over the shower rod and a hand towel balled up on the back of the toilet. It looked like someone had showered and just thrown the towels around afterwards. The trash was not taken out of the bathroom (it was full of trash and a random band aid sitting on top) The beds were made but it looked like someone had slept in them and then the covers were just pulled up and over. We were so grossed out we immediately stripped all the beds and started washing all the linens, blankets and towels in the house. There was grease all over the stove top so we did no cooking. There was old food in the sink drains in the kitchen as if someone had done dishes and just left the leftover food in the drains. I understand the owners may have someone cleaning for them but whoever cleaned this unit should be fired. It we hadnā€™t needed to stay close by for a family event we would have stayed somewhere else.

This place was perfect for our stay! We certainly enjoyed the fenced in yard. Parking was easy. Loading to and from the truck was simple. We will return if the need arises!

Our stay was great. The house had everything we needed which i really enjoyed. We just had to go to the grocery store and we were set. It was a nice location with s nice fenced in back yard. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this house. First time since having our little one. Neither time has disappointed. 40 mins from the zoo, a few minutes from the science center. The house is nice and cozy and perfect for a small family. Itā€™s a plus we are able to take our fur babies with us as well. This is our go to spot for vacationing in Greensboro and we canā€™t wait to stay again.

Great place to stay. Pet friendly with large fenced yard.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with lots of dishware and utensils. We love having the fenced yard for the dogs. We will definitely rent this house again for our next golf trip. Owners are friendly and very helpful with finding great places to dine.

Perfect Spot just out of the city

This house and property are amazing. Back yard is huge and house was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. While we didnt sleep in the room with 2 beds, the bed in the master was very comfortable, plus the room has blackout curtains.Highly recommend if youre needing a place near Greensboro and dont want to be in the city.

Cozy rental with an at home feel.

Our pup loved having the enclosed backyard to romp around. We felt like we are at a home away from home. House had a nice welcoming feel.

We were traveling for a graduation and this was perfect! Location is close to the university, grocery stores etc. if you like front porch sitting, this is your spot. Loved having coffee on the porch and hanging out in the huge back yard. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was perfect! Cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. I know this probably seems random but the shower pressure was GREAT! Hate it when you stay somewhere and the water coming out of the shower head feels like a trickle...not the case with this property! Shower felt great after a long day!! Would stay again.

Nice property on a busy street

Clean and well-appointed house on a street with alot of local traffic. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating on the porch and behind the house since the weather was nice and we had family over to visit. The listing should be updated since there was no grill and no ice maker, or even ice cube trays. Other than that, we had no issues.

I was there for a few days. We have the chance to see the snow and my dog was really happy. The backyard is huge and really nice specially if you have a dog.Nice place to spend a couple days

The perfect getaway

This home had everything we needed. The back yard was incredible and our dogs loved it. Inside was clean, fresh, and peaceful. The bed was very comfy. I wish we could have stayed longer

Cozy cottage with great backyard

This was a lovely stay for 3 adults and a pup. We did a bit of cooking, and the kitchen was more well stocked than other houses weā€™ve booked. Check in process was super easy, and the dog LOVED the backyard. If youā€™re not a soft mattress person, be warned though! All 3 beds were quite squishy.

We had the right amount of space and enjoyed our stay. They allowed us an early checkin, which was helpful for our schedule. They had coffee and spices in the kitchen which we enjoyed having. A very friendly visit, we will definitely be back.

Cute, Quiant, Relaxing

Very cute, relaxing home. Has a homey vibe, great backyard with a fire pit and covered patio area. A basket of goodies for your dogs and all the things you need to make your stay relaxing and restful. Our kids loved spending the morning on the front porch swing. Check in and out was easy.

Nice Stay

This place is perfect for anyone visiting Greensboro, NC to participate in a soccer tournament at Bryant Park. Only 7-8 minutes from fields, but close to good food and drink. The VRBO description references the Food Lion as a good grocery option. We preferred the Harris Teeter which was just as close and much nicer than the Food Lion. There is also an ABC liquor store in the same shopping center as the Harris Teeter. The backyard was nice, but the weather was too hot for us to enjoy it. Highly recommend this place for a family or 4-5 people.

Excellent home away from home. Very clean and cozy house. Big fenced in back yard for kids to play, and pets. Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. Manager/owner is very nice and professional, he will answer all your questions promptly. Itā€™s very centrally located to anything you might need. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you can watch your Netflix, just like home. Great place.

Long weekend

We had a great stay. We were able to celebrate our youngest sons birthday while we were there. Also our dogs got out of the fence in the backyard. The owner immediately contacted us to let us know that the neighbors were able to get them back in the yard and repair the fence where they got out. Very appreciative that they helped keep our dogs safe.
