The Villa is a 10 minute drive from the Protaras strip, Pernara is 5 minute drive, as is Kapparas. Buses run every 20 minutes throughout the day/ night.

Nearest Airport is Larnaca International, (26 miles approx) 45 minutes drive.

If you are looking for an idyllic location, love the sun, sea, sand and want to get away from it then look no further. On the exclusive Mediterranean coast with the beach a 3 minute walk away. The Villa is on a huge 275M2 South facing plot and is fitted with modern contemporary furniture, and has WiFi. It can accommodate up to four people comfortably and is ideal for families. If your idea of a perfect holiday involves escaping the crowds, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset, relaxing by the private pool (7.5 x 3.5M) and having romantic dinners, then this Villa is for you. If you are searching for privacy, relaxation, the opportunity to enjoy the sunbathing poolside or activities such as cycling or nearby water sports, then you have found the right place. The Blue Flag beach is 250m away, with local tavernas, pubs and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.. Famagusta Sailing Club is adjacent to the Beach. Cat and dinghy hire is available.

The villa is in a good location. Walking distance to food shops and restaurants. Regular buses nearby to go into Protaras for more variety of restaurants. From upstairs balcony there is a view of the sea. Within a few minutes walk you can reach a beach and fishing harbour and walk to other beaches. The villa is very nice inside and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. Looking at the photo of the pool, it is very misleading as this is the view from the balcony to the beach and features the pool next door which was beautiful. Although I swam in our pool every morning and enjoyed it, it was a bit strange with a very shallow part with no access unless you slid in from the side. The ladder access took you to the deep end. It was fine for me as a regular swimmer but could be an issue for someone less confident. The pool would look nicer with tiles on the bottom. It was painted blue and had lots of scrapes when cleaned. We like to sit in the sunshine all day and we’re able to do that by moving around the poolside throughout the day when the sun moved and we’re happy with that. The owner was very helpful when asked for advice but what would be really helpful would be a file in the villa with helpful information. All the other villas we have been to have had that. This would have details like where is the nearest shop, restaurant, bus stop, beach, walks and instructions to use the washing machine and cooker. We found out these details quite quickly but a file would have helped.

Very Impressive villa

Very impressed with this villa very clean everything u need is there where it is is lovely and quiet close to the beach 3 mins walk not far away my second time in a villa loved it would definitely book again

Schöne Villa mit perfekter Lage zum Strand

Das Haus hat eine komfortable Inneneinrichtung und der Außenbereich ist auch sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Der Pool wurde von uns rege genutzt. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Family Holiday Success

We would like the owner for a great holiday experience. Contrary to a previous review we had little to no issues with our stay. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from the owner before our trip checking booking, never happened before. Also a couple of texts during our stay to confirm our stay was ok. We had no problem with the area the beach is at most 4 minutes walk away, bars,restaurants,bakery & large supermarket a very short drive or walk. I recommend Delicious for a gyros, Bakers Arms for a beer & sport. We genuinely really enjoyed our break & would have no problem recommending this home or owner.

Beautiful stay July 2019

We stayed in this lovely Villa for 10 nights in July 2019. If you are looking for a fast paced holiday then this is not for you but if your life is fast pace and you are wanting a quiet, chilled vacacition then this is certainly somewhere I would recommend . For me this best thing was a morning stroll (5mins) to an idyllic , quiet beach ( don't even have to pay for the sun beds!!). Spend a couple of hours here and hardly see anyone else!! There is a very good bus service 10min walk which takes you into Perena, Protarus and Aya Napa. But as we love this beautiful Island we always have a car so we can visit as many places ( or not!!) as we like.There is a good choice of bars and restaurants in Kapparis (15 min walk). We also enjoyed the Beach bar early evening with a lovely chilled atmosphere down there. We did have a couple of issues during our stay with the air con and the canopy in the garden area. We messaged David and both were sorted out within 24 hours. David arranged our transport too and from the Villa which was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here and hopefully will return in the future. Also the pool was beautiful and cleaned regularly .

Rude and inconsiderate manager

Pool was not clean and not useable pool guy said the manager cancelled the cleaning dervices so we couldn't use it, toilet also was not clean, air conditioning did not work in the bedroom and living area. He lied saying it would be repaired but that was not the case. The shower is so small and broken just a complete nightmare. The manager gave us such bad direction to the property awful, the front door doesn't open. I would not recommend renting only benefit is the small beach which is a short walk away. Other then that don't both you've been warned. You will need a car if you do. And make sure everything is fixed.

Schöne Villa

Das Haus war perfekt, 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist nahezu neu und alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter. Er hat auf Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert und wir konnten das Haus schon früher beziehen und durften aufgrund des gebuchten Abendflug bis zu späten Nachmittag bleiben. Der Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos.

Very smart, modern villa.

Local property manager very helpful. Pool cleaned regularly. Some, now minor building works being completed near the villa. The beach is perfect.

Tolles Haus, alles da, was man braucht.

Wir waren mit einer vierköpfigen Familie dort (Söhne 17 und 14 Jahre alt). Auch mein Ältester schaute noch für ein paar Tage vorbei. David hatte freundlicherweise nichts dagegen. Alles war sauber, alles war sauber. Toller Pool. 200m zum Strand. Wir waren aber viel mit dem Auto unterwegs. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Exactly as described. Great stay.

Was very impressed with the quick responses from the time of enquiring about the property, when we booked the villa and during our visit and how accessible David was. Very helpful and good instructions and map provided prior to trip. Villa was ideal for our family (2 adults and 1 teenager). Clean on arrival and everything as listed from website. Pool and area again clean on arrival, pool was also cleaned during our stay by a very pleasant chap. Outside area large space and has plenty of shade and seating. Aircon and fans a blessing in the heat and not complicated to use. All white and brown goods available just like home from home. Fridge and freezer nice and big for plenty of food. Bedrooms good sizes. 2 min walk from lovely beach. We hired a car which we really benefited from but plenty of shops just up the road (great bakery).

A really good first 'Villa Experience'

The property was excellent with great facilities and really good local restaurants + shops - it has spoilt us completely as we are now focussed entirely on villa holidays. Have knocked off a star because of the local building works but in truth we always went to the beach so missed all of that. The owner David was very receptive to email communication and when we did have a problem with air conditioning it was sorted out quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Villa

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the villa with my two grandchildren. I was however somewhat concerned prior to our arrival with regard to the previous review. However in my experience the villa was spotless and the children lived in the pool. We also loved the unspoilt safe beach three minutes walk away. Whilst they are building villas next to the villa this did not affect us whatsoever. In fact the children were extremely interested as to how they build villas in cyprus. We are only upset that we did not book for longer. I would certainly recommend the villa to my friends and family as the location is great. We shall hopefully be returning next year.

Building site in full operation a few feet away! Noise, dust and no privacy.

There is nothing actually wrong with this villa, it is very nice. But the owner David did not tell us that there was a big building site right next door. We have been woken up at 7 am every morning including Saturday, it's noisy, overlooked and everything is covered in dust everyday. We couldn't sit outside, couldn't use the pool. When I contacted David he admitted it was unacceptable and offered us a room in an apartment hotel. We rufused as we had paid for a villa, not a room. There was an alternative Villa but he refused to pay for it. I have emailed him since and he has not contacted us at all. I will be looking into this and looking for a refund. We should have been informed and given a choice as to wether we still wanted to come here. You can't just go around ruining people's holidays. It's been awful. I pity anyone else already booked. Completely unexceptable behaviour by the owner. Maybe he forgot about reviews!

Fantastic! A must go!

I was initially dubious about booking for the first time through this website - don't be! David responds quickly and answers any questions you have, he accommodates your needs and returns the deposit quickly after your stay. The villa is lovely, clean, modern and Kevin is so friendly and gave some great recommendations for our holiday. It's a quiet place to stay but with everything you need close by - our perfect type of holiday. The beach is a 3 minute walk away, which is clean and quiet. For water sports we went to Protaras beach which is a 5-10 minute drive away, it is a lot busier but XS Sports are fantastic, we went on jet skis amongst loads of other things and they always offer a good deal. The restaurants locally are much nicer than in Protaras, with Faliros being our favourite - book on Friday and Saturday nights though - the live music and dancing, plus the lovely food, make it a popular place to go! Blue Spice is great for having lunch out as the kids can cool down in the pool whilst you sit by them and enjoy lunch - the cocktails are nice too! We found our favourite place by far was at the villa though - the seating arrangements outside make it perfect for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. Like most pool areas it can be a bit slippery so take flip flops. I really can't fault this lovely villa and area - highly recommended!

tolles Ferienhaus an ruhiger Lage

Dies ist ein sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an ruhiger Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe von Agia Triada. Der Garten ist gemäss den Fotos sehr gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Möglichkeiten zum draussen sitzen. Ein privater Pool kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Die Wlan-Verbindung fuktionierte während der ganzen Zeit einwandfrei. Ein Auto ist nicht zwingend notwendig: Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Von der nur 5 Minuten entfernten Busstation fahren regelmässig Busse nach Paralimni, Protaras und Ayja Napa Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Great location

This is our 2nd time at the villa and are booked for next year again. Great location, just down the road to the beach, clean, tidy, pool is great, love having the canopy if it gets too hot, Wi-Fi, everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday.

Privacy, a lot of space, lovely pool, excellent

We booked for two weeks; when I didn't have my work, I would like to stay here for the rest of my life. A house complete, all forniture, WiFi, near the beach, but also near the boulevard of Protares and Aya Nappa. Shops in Paralimni. This house has the biggest garden of all houses you can rent in the neighbourhood. Clean house, nice housekeepers; you can call them if you need something to know, big Supermarket within 5 minutes by car. We liked the sea by Sotaris, but also the country with the sheeps, the barbecue and the sunbeds. We had a great time in David's home. Jack en Judika from Holland

Lovely villa, great location

We had a great holiday, the villa is perfectly located. The beach is lovely, not too crowed even in peak season. Beautiful water great place for snorkelling. Our boys loved having their own pool. The villa is clean and well maintained, great having lots of different seating options outside. Good amount of restaurants in about a 10 minute walk as well as a “takeaway” / bakery. Would be happy to recommend this lovely villa

Very nice clean villa with good location

My family and I stayed at this Villa from 20th July to August 4th 2014. The villa is exactly as described, very well equipped and most importantly spotlessly clean. The owner David is very easy to deal with and very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out which saved us a lot of hassle. We enjoyed the location, close to the beach with plenty of local amenities. I can highly recommend the bakery next to the roundabout close to the villa, a good selection of wares at very reasonable prices. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Cyprus.

Excellent holidays

Vacationing family of 4 adults with a child 1.8 years in September 2013 . The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet , the house is extreme in the complex, allowing a good view of the sea. At the villa there is always a place to stay in the shade from the sun. Holiday were wonderful , the child was in awe of the pool , and so are we. Pool cleaned regularly . The beach is close , clean well maintained , sand and small stones . Sun beds and umbrellas are new. In a sea of ??fun to swim with a mask and fins , bottom contour at a depth of large rocks , a lot of fish and even a sea turtle . No water sports ( catamaran aquabikes , bananas ), very quiet and comfortable. There are kiosks selling drinks and snacks . I liked everything , everything exactly with the description of the villa on the website. Many thanks to David for excellent holidays .
