♡ What We Love About The Area ♡

✧ Take a walk down to the gardens at the Chelsea Estate Heritage Park. This park and gardens with ponds are a secret gem that most of Auckland is not familiar with. It is free and fun for all ages!

✧ Enjoy the beaches like Little Shoal Bay and Birkenhead Beach which are a short drive to and are great to enjoy at high tide or get some fish and chips from up the road in Birkenhead and eat by the beach with views of the Harbour Bridge.

✧ Close to a great cafe strip up on Mokoia Road in Birkenhead for you to experience or a short drive over the bridge to Ponsonby Road. Great coffee and cafe food.

✧ Great shopping in Birkenhead, Glenfield Mall, Takapuna Westfield, Milford Shopping Centre, Albany Westfield to name a handful of places for retail therapy.

✧ Options for the sporty types: several great golf courses on the North Shore. Options to try yachting, standup paddle boarding and a variety of water sports.

✧ Visit the Auckland Zoo and see the great new exhibits that let you get close to wild animals safely. See a comprehensive collection of NZ's native birds, animals, and invertebrates. You are also next to Western Springs Park and the Museum of Transport & Technology (MOTAT) take the tram to MOTAT 2 to see the Teal Flying Boat and other amazing aircraft.

✧ Visit the Auckland Museum to see the history of the flora, fauna, and culture of Aotearoa/New Zealand. See the finest collection of Maori Artifacts and textiles. There is a great interactive kids section and a newly purchased T-Rex to visit! Enjoy the Auckland Domain and Winter Gardens outside.

✧ Visit the Auckland Art Gallery to see a full survey of Maori, Pacific, and European Art from precontact until the 21st century. There are paintings, sculptures, and multi-media art. This venue is also child friendly with an interactive children's area.

✧ Go up the Sky Tower to get the best panoramic views of Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf. Go on a clear fine day to get the best of your admission.

✧ After Arrival: We like to message you occasionally during your stay and are happy to provide additional recommendations if asked.

✧ Support: In the unlikely event you have an issue with the apartment, we always respond very quickly to guests' messages so be assured you're in good hands.

✦ Breakfast does not come with this listing, there are plenty of cafes in Birkenhead, Takapuna, Milford or Devonport

✦ Neighbours are super close by. Our guests are required to respect the quiet enjoyment of the neighbourhood.

✦ NO GATHERINGS, NO PARTIES, NO unauthorized VISITORS. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

✦ CCTV cameras are in place.
Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.

- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.

- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.

- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.

- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.

- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.

- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
