We are disappointed to read this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred during this reservation. Throughout your stay, we remained available to respond to questions and assist whenever contacted. At no point before or during the booking process were we informed that a member of your party had special accessibility or disability-related requirements. Had we been made aware in advance, we would have gladly discussed whether our property was suitable or explored reasonable ways to assist. Regarding the concerns about garbage, our property provides clear instructions for waste disposal, including access to the designated garbage and recycling facilities. Unfortunately, the property was left with an unusually large amount of garbage both inside the home and in the yard, requiring significant additional cleaning beyond what is expected after a normal stay. As permitted under VRBO policies and our house rules, we requested reimbursement only for the documented additional cleaning required to restore the property for the next guests. We believe this review was posted in response to that request rather than as an accurate reflection of the accommodation itself. We have welcomed many guests over the years, including families, and have consistently received positive feedback for the cleanliness of our home, our communication, and our commitment to providing a comfortable stay.We remain committed to treating every guest with respect and professionalism.

We found no evidence to support the claims that the linens had not been washed between stays or that the property was inadequately cleaned. Regarding parking, our listing clearly states that parking is available on the street. At no point do we advertise reserved or private parking spaces. We strive to ensure that our listing accurately reflects the amenities provided. We also provide an ample supply of bath and hand towels appropriate for the occupancy of the home, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and starter supplies for guests' convenience. We would have gladly assisted you with any additional items you needed during your stay if you had notified us. Concerning access to the property, check-in instructions and access information are provided prior to arrival. We are always available to assist guests should any issues arise. It is a pity people you tried to help are the most ungrateful. We are not surprised at your attitude. Check all the reviews before your stay and tell us if they are not all good reviews. We know your type.

All you said are lies, we pleaded with you that we currently have evacuees from Yellowknife who could not leave because of the incident and we upgraded you to a better suite. You requested for pictures and address of the new location and you were sent the link on the Vrbo messenger . You were very rude on the phone, Vrbo called you to explain to you and even make you understand the new place was just a stone throw from where you booked and that you should take it. A terrible guest we won’t recommend to any host and our review about speak you is true,
