About this space

The space
Welcome to "Eastside Haven", a bespoke home of sophistication nestled in the picturesque locale of East Toowoomba, within walking distance to St Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School, the famous Queens Park & the CBD.

This property presents a unique opportunity to experience the blend of comfortable living and the serene charm of one of Toowoomba's most sought-after areas.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a stunning open-plan living space, with gorgeous timber flooring, comfort and functionality. The lounge area, with its plush seating and natural lighting, offers a perfect spot for relaxation or social gatherings. A large, flat-screen TV coupled with high-speed Wi-Fi ensures entertainment is always at your fingertips.

This home boasts 3 well appointed bedrooms, included as standard, each designed with guest comfort in mind. A further 4th bedroom & sofa bed is available with bookings of 7 & 9 guests accordingly. Good-quality linens, ample wardrobe space, and soothing dƩcor ensure a restful night's sleep, preparing you for the adventures that await in Toowoomba.

We can host up to 10 guests with the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.

The kitchen has been updated and is of modern design, equipped with quality appliances, ready to cater to all your needs. Please note, there is no dishwasher.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area serves as a delightful space for meals. It's a space where guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance while dining indoors.

A second living area with a foosball table, leads off the dining whilst a central bathroom hosts a shower over bath with a separate toilet.

There is also off street parking for multiple vehicles (including a single carport) and a huge back yard for the kids to run around!

This home is superbly located, allowing guests to explore East Toowoomba's enchanting blend of natural beauty and urban convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find a Woolworths, Pharmacy, Hair Salon, Beauty Salon, Newsagent, Bakery, KFC, McDonalds, Subway, Burrito Bar & Cafe63, ensuring your stay is as relaxing as it is engaging.

Our check-in instructions will be sent 11am the day before your stay. It will include detailed instructions and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible, at a minimum, the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 11 am, an extra night's fee may be levied and must be paid before we can commit to the extended check out time. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.

STARTER SUPPLIES

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

PORTACOT AND HIGH CHAIR

These are both available upon request. For safety & hygiene reasons, we don't provide linens & mattress for the portacot. This is due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries to clean these. It is much better for you to use fabrics, linens and to have your own mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. However, these cots do come with padded mat for the base.

Very nice house. Great location. House was nice and tidy, beds were so soft and comfortable. All bedding was beautifully made and fresh. Gardens are well maintained. Will definitely stay at again.
