Alani was a tremendous host. The Kuerig stopped working but the unit was already equipped with a separate coffee machine, not a Kuerig but satisfactory for coffee. I just informed Alani that the Kuerig wasn’t working and within minutes he had put a functioning replacement unit at my doorstep.I made a comment that my wife and I were spending our39th anniversary there. Alani purchased roses and a great flower vase for us to enjoy on our anniversary. Very thoughtful and out of the box hosting.Small unit but great for my spouse and I.Great location,. Close to gas, highway, and grocery store.I strongly recommend this unit and would stay again in the future.Thank you Mr Alani for a more than enjoyable experience!!

Lovely getaway

Property was very clean, fully furnished and had all we needed for our stay with extras included. The host was very communicative and and accommodating with any requests or questions we had. Highly reccommend

Work stay

Very accommodating. Clean and perfect for my work trip. Owner even check in to see how I was doing. Close to major highways and easy to access. Would recommend.

we had a great stay, located in a nice neighborhood , the place was clean and well -stocked very comfortable, and i must point out the giant screen t.v was set -up with every cable channel you can imagine, the owner was very friendly and super reponsive ,we thank you so much for your hospitality.....

The condo was very clean and centrally located. The only concerns we had were the following:1. Too much furniture in such a little place.2. Bed was too close to the wall making it very difficult to get into the bed from the left side.3. There was no adjusting the A/C as there was no thermostat in the condo, it was a little too warm even with the fans.4. There were no coffee cups which would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee.

The condo is intentionally furnished with guest comfort in mind, and the central AC system serves the entire home, which is why there is not an individual thermostat inside the unit. Fans are also provided to help with airflow and added comfort. We appreciate you mentioning the coffee cups as well. We were briefly out during your stay, and we would have been happy to bring some by if we had known they were needed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the placement of the bed and will certainly keep that in mind moving forward. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Perfect stay!

Wonderful location, very comfortable space, super accommodating host and great spot for the pup! We enjoyed our stay very much and we’re impressed by the accommodations and check ins from the host. They even provided a doggie bed for our pup and snacks/coffee for us! Very thoughtful and hospitable owner! Couldn’t have asked for a better location and stay. Thank you again for making our weekend visit a great one and highly recommend for others to enjoy a trip to DC and surrounding areas!

The perfect location for UMD College Park. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. The host was kind and helpful. I would stay again when I visit my daughter. It was quiet for work too.

Good experience

Stayed here to use as a base for visiting DC. It was very clean and there were no surprises. The host was more than accommodating and while there weren’t any issues needing resolved, he did go out of his way a couple times briefly checking in via text to make sure there was nothing we needed. I’d stay there again

Immaculate and Convenient

The property was especially clean and well decorated,even providing a dog bed for our pet!It was also convenient to major roads and shopping. Alani is a gracious host and was quick to point out the best way to a wonderful path to walk our dog!It would also be well suited to any business person having a printer and adjustable to standing desk!Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect stay for me. Location kept me close to by daughter and her planned activities, and was a great setup for my dog. We had a private entrance and surrounding area made for nice walks. Bed was very comfortable and relaxing. Location access very easy - 4 min away from Dunkin Donuts and Giant Foods so was very convenient as well. Hosts were excellent checking in to see if we had any needs and ready to answer questions. I would definitely book again! Thank you!

Great stay

Spent 4 nights here using it as a base to check out DC. A little bit of a drive into the city, but no surprise there. The host was beyond accommodating and actually texted a couple times asking if we needed anything. Answered the couple questions we had immediately and was very friendly. It was extremely clean with a good bed and nice shower. Giant tv and a good seating area for a couple people to enjoy. We had no surprises and I hope all my experiences with VRBO go this smoothly

DC Concert Stay

As others have mentioned - the host is very responsive. We received many text messages, were spoken to through the doorbell camera, and talked in person in the driveway. It's just a personal preference, but I prefer to have a quiet stay. The space was comfortable and clean. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no coffee cups. It is a bottom unit so some sound from upstairs can be heard.The area is nice and convenient to get to many places. It was a big bonus to have a designated parking space. I think it's a great place to stay long term and for extroverted people.

This really is an ideal location for your pet friendly needs. Private entrance with easy access to all surrounding areas. Fueling station directly across the street before hopping on your route. The owners provide a great experience with a cozy comfortable setup. Everything was clean and smells so fresh. The little office area really helped me work remotely throughout my stay. The adjacent neighborhood was perfect for my Lady dog and our nature walks. We encountered deer, a little red fox, and several species of birds. A very nice, quiet and safe area. We walked all hours of the day and felt the same comfort no matter the hour. The hosts are beyond accommodating, and politely checked in to ensure we had everything we need. I highly recommend a stay here!

We highly recommend this VRBO! The unit is located on the ground level with the host’s house above it. The house is located on a busy street but there is a wall that separates the row of houses from the street so we did not hear any road noises inside the unit. We did hear infrequent muffled voices and noises from the house above, but it was very minimal. The unit is really nicely decorated and very comfortable. The living room has a massive TV and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and several dinners. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. Alani, the host, checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We would be very happy to stay here again in the future!
