Skyline Suite - Effortless alpine living in this beautifully designed central apartment.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the apartment and the location being so close to town. We apologise for the door issue, unfortunately this took us by surprise also. When you spoke to us on the phone we had no answers because the code provided has worked for every single previous guest before you and this was thry only was we too had access into the building, we had even did an arrival inspection just 2 hours prior to your call using that very code, that is why we did not know how to help. We were trying to see if you were at the correct door and using the correct pin code box and we were also trying to contact the body corporate to get any information on a door code change however we had no luck getting through to them, and called you back after 30 minutes just to update you that we were continuing to find an answer, that is when you told us you had gotten in by another guest using their code. We did not say we preferred you not call outside of office hours or the weekend, we said that it may be outside the body corporates office hours and they will not be in over the weekend so I needed to get it sorted before 5pm. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you had a great visit to Queenstown.
