Excellent location

The house was spacious and comfortable and the location couldn’t be any better for walking to local sights and attractions. We did wish that there were more lounge chairs around the pool.

Key west rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was very attentive to an issue we were having with the AC and even gave us option to move to another home. They were very responsive. We would definitely rent with them again!

Compass Realty is very easy to work with, both during the rental process & during the stay. Our 3 generations were all comfortable in this home. Plenty of room to get together and for quiet time. The house is beautifully decorated & suppled with all you need for a stay. And the location! Close to attractions & restaurants.....great to walk around. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Setting for a Fabulous Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at the Conch House. It's a beautiful, historic home that is very functional as well. We've felt at home both times we stayed. The location couldn't be better. It was an easy walk to all the local sites but still allowed for frequent visits back to use the pool when we got too hot. With multiple generations staying, the flexibility was so welcome. Compass Realty was easy to reach with questions and very accommodating. You won't be disappointed if you choose a stay at the Conch House.

Wonderful Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This historical home was absolutely amazing. Hugh house with high ceilings and amazing wood trim work throughout.. the property was well appointed for privacy and the pool house was great for a couple or small family to give them privacy. Pool was perfect with porches galore with old time rockers that were everywhere . Media room made a perfect spot for children to hang and watch TV. Bedrooms were big as were the 4.5 bathrooms. I’ve stayed in many Truman properties but this was by far mine and my families favorite.

Amazing historic property

Home is amazing. The home is a beautiful historic piece of history that’s exactly as pictured in the photos. 3 bedrooms in the main house, 1 with a king and two bedrooms with 2x twin beds each. There’s a pool house with king bed as well. The property is meticulously maintained and exactly as described. Pool was great and our kids loved it. Hosted our extended family for a week and we’d definitely stay again. Only thing to note is the home is close to a bar/club that is open until about 2am most nights and you could hear the bass most of the night. Didn’t keep us from sleeping but if you or your family members are light sleepers it’s worth thinking about.

Great house, great location

We parked our car and walked everywhere, as the house is located in a great location to enjoy bars and restauarants. We enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porches and our time spent at the house. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED this home! PERFECT location.

It was spacious, modern, extremely clean, tastefully deorated with the most comfortable furniture ever. The location can't be beat, hands down. It's safe behind gates at dusk, yet steps from Duval and Mallary Square. The bedrooms were so pretty and all of them opened up to the upstairs veranda. The outside studio was very convenient for a small family as well. People stopped to take pictures of this historic house quite frequently. If you are looking at booking this home, just do it. You won't be disappointed. Management was very accommodating as well. We hope to return back soon!

Great Place

Reviewer Comments: The house was huge and in a great location; at the end of Truman Annex but a very short walk to Mallory Square and Duval St. Comfortable beds and couches. Fully functional kitchen full of plates, pans, cups etc. Perfect sized pool. Parking for any size car and golf cart in back. Guest house that can sleep 2-3 people and provide extra privacy/separation while still being close to everyone else. Overall a great place for a larger group in a very nice part of town.
