Cook up a feast in the large, bright kitchen that is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel GE appliances, and a modern range stove. Gather around the big dining table to bond with family over delicious meals. Convenient laundry facilities are available in the dedicated room. 3 big bedrooms, 2 have king beds, and the other has 2 twin beds, in addition there is an extra comfortable sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the convenient location with ample parking and a fully fenced in and private backyard. Equipped with a large putting green, and room for more outside games like badminton, croquet, frisbee, wiffle ball and pickleball. Or use the vintage stone garden table to Insta- your tea party. A new gas grill, wrought iron table, sun umbrella and firepit complete your backyard picnic setting.

Inside, unwind in the reading nook or watch a sports event or a movie on the big screen smart TV. Retire to the bedrooms with not one, but two large rooms with king-size beds and send the kids to the cozy room overlooking the yard with two twins. Each bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV.

Charolette trip

We enjoyed our stay in Charolette. We visited a lot of museums, amusement park, and we went to a Charolette basketball game. The house was beautiful, the pictures posted are the same as inside. My kids enjoyed playing pickle ball out back, and golf. Over all everything was nice. The neighborhood wasn’t bad, no one ever bothered us. Would recommend for anyone to stay here that wanted to visit the Charolette area. Thanks for making our stay a good one!

His property was very clean. The manager was very nice helping us get in on time. Actually they ahead he was willing to help us get around to wherever we need to go and again the property was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. Cool all in all, I’ll give it 10 for 10 five stars.

Most of the homes are built middle of last century. And most of them are now renovated like this home. Nice neighborhood.
