Our team conducts thorough inspection reports prior to each guest’s arrival, and records show that all beds were made properly and in good condition at the time of check-in. The unit is not advertised as having a dishwasher, and the boat lift referenced is not part of the rental—it is the neighboring property’s private lift and not available for guest use. Thank you for your feedback regarding the outdoor lighting—we will be sure to look into it. The furniture is consistent with the style and decor shown in the listing photos. While it may not be modern, it is clean, well-maintained, and selected for comfort and functionality.
