Thank you for your review. To future guests: We take concerns like these seriously and are always here to help in real time. Unfortunately, we were not notified about any late-night noise or party during the stay—only after checkout. If something like this ever comes up, please reach out right away so we can take immediate action. We also have 24/7 on-site security available to assist when contacted. Regarding the delayed readiness of the unit, we sincerely apologize. Occasionally, a prior guest may leave the home in unexpectedly poor condition and our team needs a few extra minutes to restore it to our standards. We did proactively message and call to keep the guest updated, and the cleaners finished shortly after. Check-in was completed at approximately 4:15 PM. Lastly, to clarify: we do not provide a “standard” future discount to all guests. In this case, we offered a courtesy discount and a free late check out as a gesture for the inconvenience. This is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify and improve.

Mayo Clinic stay

Very good central location…I had open heart surgery at the Mayo and needed reasonable access and rates once I was discharged from the hospital. It’s proximity to the Clinic as well as it’s proximity to restaurants and retail were excellent. This location and property exceeded all my expectations. Rick

Short stay but nice

Our stay was short with only staying overnight but the condo is nice and in a very nice area. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the check in was because it was a very lengthy process. We were provided very detailed instructions which were lengthy. We had no issues following the instructions and we joked that we felt like we were on a scavenger hunt. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Check in was difficult. Had to retrieve a key fob in a dark corner of the garage in box right near the floor. Needed a flashlight to see what I was doing. Liked the overall layout, carpeting in master bedroom needs to be repaired or replaced. Perfect location for us!

Rooms were spacious, comfortable beds. Very clean and updated. The only thing we did not like was the confusion of how to get in and out of the building if not being dropped off by a car. It is almost impossible to find a "front" entrance to come and go by foot.

Great Place!

We come to Phoenix often and this place does not disappoint! Extremely clean, inside and outside, the roof top terrace is a nice touch, great place for morning coffee. Quiet condo building, barely even saw other people….a couple in the gym, pool area which were also very well kept. They supplied coffee pods, bathroom toiletries, kitchen soaps, laundry detergent etc which is greatly appreciated when you’re only staying a few nights. The downfall for us is it was a bit farther away from the places we like to frequent, our bad. You should absolutely stay here!

Great Location

Perfect location for us to attend the arts and wine festival. The condo was stocked nicely for cooking needs. Beds were very comfortable and the place looked exactly like the pics! The host communication was excellent with great details on how to checkin. I also greatly appreciated the option for a late checkout that only cost 80. The three of us fit just fine on the couch, but if you have more than three the other chairs are not as comfy for a night in. The place was very clean, but I gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to a toilet that appeared to have not been cleaned but was likely due to a clog. We easily cleared the clog with the plunger. Great showers!

Subpar for the price and awkward cameras

Pros: The building and room are very nice and clean and had a great walking score. Cons: Each room had a half used roll of TP, only 1 extra was available and we had to go purchase our own. There were also no paper towels which we also had to purchase. The pool was 65 degrees and they only turned the heater on when we asked. Also, there is a camera on the rooftop balcony that makes hanging out up there awkward when they could be listening to your conversations. Also, the fire pits had no propane available and were unusable. It also felt like a boarding school with the amount of rules. Lastly, there are only amenities for 4 people ie… 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 towels, etc. Overall I would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend if you have children.

Unfortunately Cole said nothing about any issues during his stay. His review is egregiously dishonest. We pride ourselves in being available for all our guests and assist with any issues that may arise. The pool is accurately advertised, prior to booking, Additionally there is no thermostat at the pool so unsure of the 65 degree comment. We also advertise, prior to booking, of supplies we provide. If you use all that we provide, you will need to purchase those on your own. We supply two full rolls of paper towels, 4 full rolls of toilet paper and not including the one we leave on the holder, so that is roughly 6 rolls. Cole stayed for 3 days.. We do our best to ensure trips to the store are kept to a min. How Cole went through 6 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels is a mystery. We have an app the cleaners are required to use and it is real time, meaning they cannot upload photos, the app wont allow.. in reviewing the pre-check in photos, there were in fact 2 full rolls of paper towels and 6 rolls of tp. Maybe this is why he never reached out as there was sufficient amount. The Ring cam is in a public rooftop patio and is NOT live, not sure where he gets his accusations from and again, this is advertised, prior to booking. The fire pits are public and we could have helped with that. Had he reached out about anything we would have been more than happy to assist. Communication is essential in this business. It helps us ensure guests have a great stay.
