The size of the apartment was so much larger than we expected which was a wonderful surprise. This is an older property and so well maintained. I felt safe. The beds were comfortable for everyone. I enjoyed the stay and plan to return.

Hi there, Thank you for the feedback — sorry the thermostat was set too warm and you were uncomfortable during the night. That fell short of our standards. We reprogrammed the thermostat to allow cooler overnight settings and had our HVAC technician check the system. We also placed a portable fan in the unit and added clearer temperature-control instructions to the guest guide. Glad the property was clean and the location worked well. Thank you — your comments helped us improve.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Suites Whiskey Row. The location is quiet, minutes from downtown, and there are several restaurants nearby. There is paid onsite parking, which is convenient to access. The rooms are spacious and include everything you need for a stay. The customer service is excellent; my concerns were addressed quickly and respectfully.Pros: Close to downtown (8-minute drive or 10 rideshare), Washer and Dryer in unit, adequately stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, dog-friendly, and convenient location.Cons: Our bathrooms were not well cleaned; there were cigarette ashes on the balcony left by previous smokers; the walls/floors are pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors arguing and their dog barking. Added note: Pay attention if you are coming from a different time zone. We tried to check in too early because we didn't adjust our clocks. The parking policy changed from the time we booked (free) to the time we checked in (paid). However, the host honored the free parking that was stated on the original booking.

Quiet street, nice interior with nearly everything we need. It made for an enjoyable trip! Thank you for everything! It made our Nashville trip a hit!

Listing and pictures were misleading, unit needs some work. Unit was loud. It was a good price, just wish we would have known what the unit actually looked like.

Location was ok, need written instruction on display relating to trash disposal, communication with host contact was a little uneasy, did not seem like they were qualified to be in that position of authority, location wasa little noisey with dogs barking, room maintenance was not up to snuff! Room for inprovement

The location was great. And response to my problems with the AC was quickly addressed although we waited far too long to have the problem fixed.I was disappointed in the lack of kitchen supplies and lack of enough towels . No Kitchen trash bags.The Apartment should have been better supplied for what we were paying

The beds were comfy. It was very peaceful and quiet. There were a few things that need your attention: the second bedroom/bathroom did not have a trash bin. That room was also missing a light bulb in lamp by the bed. The washer was broken and would not spin. There were no outdoor lights and it was very dark. The front door key pad did not open on several occasions so we used the back door.

No ac upon arrival. Determined compressor failed. 90 degrees in unit. I requested to be moved. No units available. The ceiling fan in bedroom#1 fell out of the ceiling.Finally was moved to another unit, then all was good.

Great location—two coffee shops within walking distance and a grocery store about 7 minutes away.However, several issues impacted our stay. On day one, we had to flip breakers to get the TV and lights working and untangle the blinds. The next day, both sink stoppers needed fixing and a towel rack fell.The listing states wheelchair accessible, but it is not. The primary bathroom door would not fully open, so a wheelchair could not enter. Both bathrooms have tubs only. Kitchen items were out of reach. Garage access required multiple steps, so my husband could not come and go independently.There were safety concerns. The balcony had significant termite damage and felt unsafe. The couch slides easily, and my husband fell twice transferring from his wheelchair. The safety kit had no bandages.The kitchen lacked basics (no salt, pepper, potholder, or scissors). We had to get our own.The occupancy permit was expired (2021), and elevator certification was unclear.Overall, great location but poor maintenance, safety concerns, and inaccurate accessibility listing.

We arrived from the airport from another state & after speaking multiple times w/ hosts or their "call center" about check in instructions/parking/etc that very day we walk in to find a filthy place under remodel. No bed linens, HVAC w/ ducts not hooked up, dirty linens piled on a chair, no toilet seat. It would be funny except it wasn't. We called immediately (& documented everything) just to told sorry they had no other units so they "were nice enough" to give us our back. We had to rent a hotel at way more money and give the groceries we just bought to some homeless people. Unfortunately VRBO wasn't helpful either, beyond work it out w/ the host. We did get our money for the rental, but lost money on groceries and more expensive last minute hotel room which is not the same for 4 women who wanted 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus the first day/night ruined trying to find alternative lodging on our own and several hours on the phone w/ host and chat w/ VRBO. Still shocked over the whole thing and I am a loyal VRBO/Expedia member. PS these are just a few pics, there was WAY more...

We’re do I start well we arrived and it was 95 degrees in the apartment and no AC there was 2 portable air conditioners in the apartment we turned them on immediately it took until the next morning to cool it down somewhat. Once the sunshine came and it was the hottest week of the summer so far they just couldn’t keep up. My son and I were just miserable. There was supposed to be a Kuerig coffee maker there and there was not no way at all to make coffee. It was a lovely apartment but you can understand how I can’t give a good review. This was my son’s birthday gift for his 25th birthday he is a special needs young adult his wish was to go to Nashville. We made the best of things and had a good experience with our plans. Just not a great experience in the apartment.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was much more run-down than the listing suggested. Several appliances were visibly dented and showed significant wear, which gave the property a neglected appearance.The listing also failed to mention that there is an additional parking fee for more than one vehicle. This was an unexpected expense that should have been clearly disclosed before booking.Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and the description was not an accurate representation of the condition of the apartment. I would not choose to stay here again.

Buyer beware. I booked a two bedroom unit and arrived to find the unit looking in pretty bad shape, unlike the listing, with different furniture full of stains, and no central AC. Instead, they had placed temporary portable units that were loud and insufficient. I noticed other apartments in the building had these as well. I was moved into two one bedroom units. They had to be on different floors because one of the units smelled strongly like smoke. I did a quick look at two units that didn’t smell like smoke and moved forward with the stay. Late that night we discovered blood on the sheets - they had only made the bed and not changed the sheets. The tub didn’t drain properly, leaving you standing in water. Imagine the cheapest, thinnest towels that could technically be called a body towel, that’s what’s available to you. There’s no extra anything- no pillows on the couch, no extra blankets. There are no water glasses, just mugs and wine glasses. There’s a keurig. No cream or sugar. No curtains. Be ready to wake up the moment the sun blazes in, it was 6am for us. All the metal bits in the bathroom are rusted. The owners don’t care. If your plan is to stay trashed your entire stay and a clean apartment is a luxury, not a necessity, than this is your spot. They accused me of being in the unit after check out and tried to charge an additional 75 - after i had reported all these issues to them, AND i was on a plane that departed 45 minutes before check out. Broken dryer too.
