You and your family checked out without any notice to us. The first message from you was received when you had checked out and had left the cabin. Not once during your stay did we receive a message or a call regarding your concerns. After receiving your message we arrived at the cabin about 2 and a half hours later. When we arrived at the cabin we did not find any ants anywhere you had stated and we were there for 3 hours we did not see any ants at all. We also found no broken glass anywhere you stated. The floors are not sealed with silicone they are sealed with the floor sealant. The stairs to the beach are not missing the stairs turn into a safe walking ramp. We provide a vacuum and a broom which are located next to the dining table storage area. The fire pit is cleaned after each guest checkout by the cleaning crew. Things clearly stated on VRBO we provide hand towels but we do not provide bath towels. We do not advertise any games or activities we do advertise that we have two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards. Also on VRBO we do advertise that the driveway is very steep and that the parking is at the bottom of the steep driveway next to the shed and that if you feel comfortable enough to drive up the steep driveway you are more than welcome to do so as some guests do. The kitchen sink has a R/O drinking water tap and we also provide a refillable water cooler that filters the water for drinking.
