A seven bedroom/ seven bathroom house, inground swimming pool with separate inground jacuzzi, wet bar, surrround sound music system all throughout the backyard. Two master bedrooms with large 10x10 feet bathrooms with Jacuzzi. Separate central air-conditioning for each section of the house, hot water including the outside pool shower. Top of the line kitchen with granite top, microwave oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and an adjacent laundry room with a large washer and dryer. Central music/intercom throughout the house. WiFi, Phone and Cable TV. An excellent house for a large family or just pure entertainment, the entire property is extremely private with on-site security 24x7. Up to four large vehicles can be parked within the private garage. The house is fully staffed with a maintenance person and a full time maid if needed.

Fantastic family time!!

It’s the second time that we stay at this property and we can’t say enough great things about it. The staff is kind and incredibly helpful. The house is conveniently located and very safe with around the clock security. We tried the chef services and truly pleased. The food was delicious and we were impressed at the authenticity of the meal. Thank you for everything to the owner Manny and your great staff. We look forward to visiting again.

Wow! Beautiful house and even better staff!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Orlando the chef is absolutely amazing and catered to all of our requests. Santo the property manager went out of his way to ensure our safety. Manny has a put together an amazing experience that has reset the bar on all of my future travel arrangements. Hands down, I’ll definitely be booking this VRBO again on my next trip to Santo Domingo!

Not the best loacation. House needs some work.

To be honest I barely write reviews but with this house I felt very misled by all the 5 star reviews. To start this house is not in a great location like some of the previous reviews have stated. Out taxi driver from the airport even told us it was a bad neighborhood. So that had us on edge from the start. The house has high walls with razor wire a large gate and armed security. Don’t know if that made us feel better or worse. I did speak with Manny upon arrival and he was very cool about everything and said he understood my concerns and would refund me if we decided not to stay. Manny was very cool so we stayed. The house is nice but it does need some work and upgraded. The A/C in the master bedroom did not get cold. My girlfriend and I could not take the heat and had to move to another room downstairs. Also the jacuzzi did not get hot. We actually had to boil like 10 pots of water to warm it up. There is one small television in the entire house. All the mattresses are super old and need to be replaced. There were lots of mosquitos in the house. And those jokers were fast. All in all the house is a very good structure. It’s just needs some TLC. Get that jacuzzi and a/c fixed. Get some new mattresses and linen. Spray something for the mosquitos. Ohh and a new dryer.

Excellent place to stay in Santa Domingo east.

Property is very nice. Seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms helped our very large group. The pool & jacuzzi were beautiful and relaxing.

Would not stay anywhere else!

Would not stay anywhere else, we where a large group and house accommodated all of us! The staff where very accommodating and instantly took care of anything we needed inside or outside of the house. If you are going to stay in Santo Domingo I would recommend staying here hands down. 5 star accommodations !!

Great stay

This house was amazing, especially with a big group. The house was beautiful inside and out great pool and jacuzzi. It was tough to find but when you get there well worth it. The owner was great giving me any info on the property. The staff was great. Great vacation overall.

eccezionale casa vacanza in un posto tranquillo e con guardie 24 ore al giorno alle porte.Abbastanza vicina al centro città ma fuori dal caos della capitale,da dove si possono raggiungere prestigiose spiagge in soli 20 minuti.Bellissime finiture di classe come se ne vedono poche in repubblica dominicana,personale qualificato e disponibilissimo in tutto.Unica pecca che le vacanze purtroppo non durano per sempre....Ci sono tornato con gli amici 4 volte,ma non sarà l'ultima,continua così Manny......

I want to start off by saying if you do not book this House after you read my review you have made the biggest mistake on putting together a vacation. First off i want to thank Manny the owner of this beautiful house for allowing my friends and i to rent it out. In the previous posts people had mentioned that pictures didnt do justice, well that is 100% correct. I felt like i was living in a palace. On to the staff, they were all TOP NOTCH. Rodolfo is the man, whenever you go to the beach, supermarket, or clubs he is always by your side to help you with either translating or currency. Franklin is the main guy that takes care of the house while your stay. Whenever you need something done he is there to assist you. Santo is your security guard also there to help you with anything you need. Honestly one of the best vacations ive been on and ive traveled to many places around the world. P.S. Manny if you read this thanks a bunch man. Really appreciate the kindness you showed my friends and i when you visited. We for sure will be back in no time. I will keep in touch. Ciao!!

Luxury meets comfort

This villa exceeded all my expectations. The owner was helpful and willing to take time to educate me about the region and went over and beyond to ensure our vacation was successful. The staff was helpful and the home was guarded by 24 hour security. This will most likely be my return destination for my next visit to Dominican Republic.

Best house in the world!

As with many other reviews, pictures does the house NO justice. Once we pulled up we were in awe of the place! The back yard alone was a private resort! Everyone from the cleaning staff to Radolfo were SUPER amazing! He took us any where and never complained. We also had the kitchen if we needed to cook and every night that we cooked we made sure the staff would also eat! Manny is amazing and the staff were all fantastic !!!!

First informal once the gate was open the personal security was there and once you go to the gate yours eyes will be in wow. The pictures are nothing compared to what will you see with your eyes. This house is the best I ever had in my life. All my friends love this and we will come back to this house every time we come back to Dominican Republic. Two bedrooms downstairs five bedrooms the master suites are amazing. The owner Manny and amazing job building this house from the ground up. Everything you need it was in house we did not want to leave this house. The backyard alone is a resort. The house keepers. One who is going to rent it home please..... Daniel P

Great mansion

this house was more then I could have hoped for. We were looking for a house for our business trip and needed 8 beds and privacy and quite for our meetings. We have gone to many different places but this home tops the list. The house staff was very willing and eager to take care of us. We decided that we wanted to make life easier so we decided to have Manny's cooking staff take care of the grocery shopping and cooking. I spoke to Manny multiple times and he was always concerned about us being happy and as far as cooking we wanted a more DR style cooking so I just told Manny what we were thinking of the main meat and he took care of the rest. The house was in the middle of a local DR neighborhood but we always felt safe and did go out for runs and walks in the local neighborhood. I would recommend this property. Thanks Manny for everything.

WHAT AN AMAZING HOUSE.

My friends and I had a amazing time staying at this property. The owner was amazing. He was always a phone call away whenever we needed anything and he worked with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The maid, Security and driver were all amazing. The food was great. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a stress free and awesome vacation in the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo).

WOW! That's is all I can say.

The house and staff were amazing all the way around. Rodolfo the driver was at the airport on time, and being that there were nine of us arriving at different times. He spent the day shuffling back and forth from the airport. Nin and Dora were always either preparing food or cleaning up after us. They were like two moms, super sweet. Franklin the concierge got us whatever needed at a moments notice. Very hospitable. Manny has a beautiful house and has picked the right people to make anyone's stay very comfortable. I was the person who arranged the bachelor party at the house of a total of nine men. All of them have had nothing but compliments about our stay. I highly recommend this home as a vacation destination because if you are detailed party planner, Manny will meet you half way. Also, don't forget to inquire about the pig roast that can be arranged for you.

We built this house as a family retreat with amenities exceeding any five start hotel on the island. The idea behind this property was to have relaxing place to take regular vacations and retire someday. The house is fully equiped we everything needed for a confortable vacation. This house is a top of the line house anywhere in the world, it is over 6500 square feet with a full basement and wine cellar. We have our own water treatment system, a 60KW generator and solar power energy system. We have cable TV and WiFi internet service.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Both the interior and exterior of the house are design to make you feel relax with luxury. I love the pool and jacuzzi while listening to music and enjoying a glass of wine. During our Christmas vacation we bring in a merengue and bachata band and party until the sun rise!!!
