The tennis court lights is not to be used past 8pm include that music used when on tennis court must not be loud. Guests needs to bring their own racquettes

- As a rule we only take families. - The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group. - We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. - Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. - We also require a Security deposit $2000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info -Pet freindly (pet fee of $33 per pet per night max 2 pets and must be pre approved) - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
