Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that noise outside the home disturbed the last two nights of your stay. We take noise concerns very seriously and maintain strict quiet standards for our properties. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have acted right away. While the neighboring units are not managed by us, the surrounding property managers are responsive to these situations and will contact police when necessary. We work hard to address issues like this as quickly as possible when given the opportunity. This home does offer an original Charleston experience in a lively downtown location near Upper King, but we absolutely understand how frustrating late-night noise can be and appreciate you sharing your comments.
