Stoneridge C11AB has 12 steps leading in and is one level, offering internet

access and being pet friendly. This standard-rated home sleeps eight. The

living room features a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. There's a fully

functional kitchen, and the dining room seats six.



One bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bath. The second

bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed,

a daybed/trundle, and a flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a second full

bath.



Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

This unit is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on

location, with plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the

communities.



All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball

courts and the two community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome

to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required).



**_(NOTE : The hot tubs at the Stoneridge community are only for the

homeowners and are not available for guest use). _**However, all resort condo

rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools.

During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-

in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_. All communities offer shuttle service

year-round to the main resort.

Springs. This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated

terrain parks by day or join us under a blanket of stars with a refreshing

Foggy Goggle Axe House, or unwind with a swim at our indoor pool. During the

summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through

treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-

round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa.

The pilot light on the fireplace kept going out and we smelled gas. We contacted the host a little after 6am on Saturday January 31. The message from RedAwning was that they put the call in as urgent but were waiting for the technician to let them know when they could get out to look into the problem. We asked RedAwning several times for an ETA and they said they were waiting to hear back and would let us know immediately when the technician could come. As of 2pm on February 2 they have yet to let us know ("immediately") when the technician will arrive (answer: never). So, we went without using the fireplace for our entire three night stay with subzero temps outside. Plus, the condo is not well maintained and the furniture is old, sagging and very uncomfortable. There was one wine glass and one rocks glass and a few spoons. As former owners and renters of a Meadowridge condo at Seven Springs, we would have never rented our condo in such condition and Highland Resort Realty would have never allowed the condo to be in such poor condition. And most certainly maintenance would have been out within the hour to address the fireplace.
