We really enjoyed the stay here. Nice location, easy to get in and out. Nice driveway with extra parking. Fun Pac-Man game! The only down thing I would mention is the fencing in the backyard, it seems to be falling down a bit on one side and the gate right by the road is held by a bungee, so if your dogs are escape artists just be aware.

Plenty of space for six. Carpeted throughout, except entry and kitchen. Three car garage for storage. Back patio had nice furniture and a barbecue. If you plan on cooking, pots and pans are not adequate and are in poor condition. We used aluminum pans. Not sure what was available for baking. Several blinds were broken, along with the slider screen. The couches were vinyl, so not very cozy or comfortable and the love seat had a broken leg. I messaged the host Saturday and said they’ll checked into it. I again texted and called and told them of the kitchen faucet hose that was leaking under the sink. Found a waste basket to put under the hose, but didn’t hear back until Monday. Not sure what I would have done with a more serious incident.

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Lots of room and super cozy and comfortable. Great beds, a spacious kitchen and a beautiful backyard. This home has the perfect location to all the activities tourists would like to do in Bend. We would love to stay here again!

Great House / Great Location

This house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a family. It had a great fenced back yard. It would be great for kids and it was big enough to play ball with my daughters dog.There is a neighborhood park with a playground right up the block! Sawyer Park and McKay Cottage are just a few minutes away.We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

Nice Stay in Bend

Everything was great and the unit was very clean. If we had to comment on any issues it would be that the lighting was somewhat dim (bulbs were out in the Master bedroom) and the TV's were difficult to operate. Other than that, everything was nice and our stay was great! The property manager was easy to communicate with.

The house was a great spot for our stay. Comfortable beds, various furniture options and a good kitchen for cooking in. The house is conveniently located to most things...no more than a 15-20 minute drive to anything we needed to do. We did find the Wifi and TVs pretty much unusable. If you were on wifi, you could not load anything on your phone on FB or IG or use streaming services. Once off, it was fine. We could not get the TVs to stream anything. They would turn on and just churn for connectivity. We tried mirroring from our phones, but you have to be on wifi to do that and then the streaming on your phone didn't work because of the weak wifi. We reported it to the manager who suggested we reboot the router. When we did it 2 times and it still didn't work, I asked about it and they said the owner was able to operate the garage door remotely using the wifi, so it was fine! So if you stay here, don't expect to use Wifi or TVs. Also, the home would benefit from an info binder for quirky things about the home like where the light switch for the outdoor lights and bug zapper is located in the house (in the kitchen, by the garbage disposal switch FYI). We didn't have a pet so wasn't worried about the yard, but if you have an escape artist pet, don't leave your dog unattended or alone in the yard, they will slip right out! The gate is ajar and though there are some large rocks, it isn't secure. If those things can be remedied, the house is otherwise perfect for a nice stay.

Nice clean place in a good location

This was a lovely home. Very clean, many great features and amenities. I was looking forward to a cozy fireplace since there was about 8 inches of snow on the ground and it was still falling, but we could not get the fireplace to work and our contacts provided us with NO help. It was unfortunate, but we made the most of it. Also wifi was very spotty. Likely the weather. We did enjoy our stay regardless of the setbacks.

Our Lavacrest Stay

The house is lovely and well stocked. We did have to buy a broom, housekeeping may have had it tucked away. The neighborhood is delightful with a park just down the street.Getting in touch with the propert manager was a nightmare. She took a full week to let me know that she would be looking into my questions. By that time, we had left our home base and the info wouldnt have been helpful. Other than "Stacey", we would return again.

Needs some love and attention

House was clean and CS agent was helpful when we arrived and could not get the door to unlock. Outdoor patio was lovely, but Landscaping needs a lot of attention. TV remotes did not have batteries and there was only streaming options. No basic cable/TV programming. Very limited number of plates/service ware. A box of tissues could not be found anywhere in the house. Nice neighborhood and location, but overall this place needs some love and attention..

House not as advertised, and host unresponsive

We booked this stay for the 4th of July week to have a quiet place to stay for ourselves and our dogs. The most important feature for us in choosing a place was to have a fenced in yard. This house advertised as being fully fenced in, so we selected it. Unfortunately when we arrived, we saw the gate to the fence broken and haphazardly held in place by some rocks. We would not have rented this place had we known the yard was not secured. I messaged the host on our first night to bring this to her attention. We stayed for 6 nights and I never received a response from her. Additionally, without any notice, someone entered the yard to do yard maintenance during our stay. I understand if this needs to happen, however the host should have given us a heads up that someone would be entering the yard in the middle of the day. Finally, this house was not well-stocked with standard kitchen supplies. I had to spend nearly $200 to purchase bowls, wine glasses, forks, hangers, etc. I left these in the house so the future guests will be able to take advantage of these.

My husband and I love the fact that we were able to have our dog with us during our visit with our son and new grandbaby. Come to find out the house was just around the corner from our son‘s house which we had no idea at the time of booking since we were unfamiliar with the Bend area. The only slightly negative thing we could comment on would be the upstairs master bedroom was pretty warm during the night despite the AC being on as well as not having a large frying pan to cook it. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints. Overall this was an excellent property and an excellent experience for us. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our little family vacation - No issues or complaints here! The backyard was also great. We spent the majority of our time out there. Perfect amount of space for the dogs to run around and comfortable cozy space for us all to sit and relax.Everything was clean and appeared just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.
