Pagosa Springs has a dark sky ordinance, which keeps light pollution to a minimum and makes it a wonderful spot for stargazing. Because of this, streets outside of downtown can be quite dark, so driving slowly and using high beams can be helpful. Some guests also find it handy to keep a flashlight in the car while exploring the area at night.

Typically, our property maintains a high standard of cleanliness. -We understand the upstairs level can become warm during the summer. To mitigate this, we have installed a wall air conditioning unit upstairs, along with ceiling fans in all the rooms. Additionally, portable fans have been provided. It's worth noting that Pagosa Springs typically experiences a mild climate, with only a few months of the year having warmer weather than usual. -We take pride in providing accurate and transparent information to our guests. The photographs posted on our listing portray the property's age, enabling customers to make informed decisions prior to their stay.
