There are many wonderful details not to be overlooked such as the stunning modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops perfect for cooking or serving your fresh seafood or simply enjoying time bonding with your loved ones. This newly constructed townhome comfortably sleeps 8. It is fully stocked with extensive cooking and dining ware such as a Keurig, toaster oven, blender and filtered water.

Each of the four bedrooms include ceiling fans for cooling air circulation. Two decks allow you to enjoy the sunshine and sounds of the water while enjoying your morning coffee. The spacious luxurious master suite boasts its own bathroom, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet. Not to mention its own private deck with beautiful bayside views.

The townhome rental includes two parking spaces in front of the property and additional two spaces in the overflow parking lot. Please be aware that Seaside Village does not allow you to park trailers in the community. Any fines incurred will be deducted from your deposit. Two possible trailer options include parking your trailer at the public ramp only a few minutes away, or parking in the overflow lot.

Guests enjoy use of the community clubhouse with gym and outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day weekend thru the weekend after Labor Day). This truly is a convenient setting without the hassle of traffic within walking distance or a very brief drive to the Ocean City inlet/boardwalk, bus depot, Tanger Outlets, grocery stores and many casual and fine dining establishments. A short, scenic drive will bring you to enjoy all of the sights and wildlife of Assateague Island including the famous wild ponies.

We are looking for responsible family renters who will excellently maintain our townhome and surrounding beautiful neighborhood. No pets or animals (unless able to provide proper verification of service animal assistance). No smoking in or around the townhome must be 26 years and older to rent. I'm sorry but no senior weekers.
