Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry the grill shown in the listing photos wasn’t on the patio during your stay — that should have been accurate. Most HOAs are beginning to ban grills because of the fire-risk and we missed getting this updated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can earn a 5‑star stay.

Sorry the fireplace didn’t work and for the confusion with the bunkroom shower — we’ll review the instructions and check the unit to make sure everything is operating properly.
