Experience the ultimate Mammoth Mountain getaway from this spacious 3-bedroom + loft deluxe townhome at The Bridges, one of Mammoth’s coveted true ski-in/ski-out locations. With room for up to 10 guests, spectacular panoramic views, multiple bedroom suites, and direct access to the slopes, this is an exceptional choice for families and groups looking to make the most of their time in the mountains. During the winter months, step outside and ski directly down the Bridges trail to Eagle Lodge, then return to the complex at the end of your day. In the warmer months, enjoy convenient access toward Lake Mary Road and the Lakes Basin, with hiking, biking and endless outdoor recreation nearby. The main living level welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, and a cozy wood-burning stove. Gather on the oversized sectional in front of the fire or settle in for movie night on the 65" Smart TV with cable and DVD player. Large windows and access to the private balcony showcase the incredible views across the valley and toward the Sherwin Mountains. The open-concept layout is perfect for spending time together. A separate dining area accommodates 6–8 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare family meals. Step onto the balcony for even more mountain scenery, outdoor seating and your own private BBQ grill. The lower level features three comfortable bedrooms. The spacious primary suite offers a California King bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second suite also features a California King bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a King bed and flat-screen TV, with a full hallway bathroom conveniently located nearby. Upstairs, the open loft creates a fun retreat for the kids, with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, an additional Twin bed and a Double bed, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer and a private ski locker for storing your mountain gear. The Bridges community offers a hot tub and sauna within the building, along with elevator access and covered underground parking. This third-floor property can be accessed by elevator with no stairs required to reach the condo. Two designated covered parking spaces are included, with a garage clearance of 6'10". If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. This was a great spot for our group of two adult couples, two single adults, and one teen. Three king beds (in addition to the loft) and three full baths meant that everyone was comfortable, and the lack of stairs (a rare find) was key for our party. The location is beautiful, and the house is well equipped. Property management responded quickly and professionally to an issue we had, even though it was Sunday night. Highly recommend, especially for a large multi-generational group!

Great Ski Week

We had a great stay, The condo location is awesome; we skied right out to the Eagle Express lift. The condo was clean and accommodated all 9 of us without any issues. Fantastic View of the mountains! Would stay there again.

Spectacular panoramic views!!Spoiled by the Ski In and Ski out convenience. The Bidets were a pleasant surprise …would have been nice for the water to be heated. Clean, spacious, well stocked!!Coming back!!

The best ski in ski out.

Ski in Ski out, only steps from the run, heated floors in restrooms, fully stocked kitchen with great appliances, Great view from patio, great beds, easy parking, working large capacity washer and dryer, hot water never ran out. Great house we will be back again.

Can't beat the location

Loved the property. The management company was quick with communications and all of the property managers were helpful with our stay. The location is unbeatable, 20 steps off a main trail. The view in the morning is amazing as well. Will be back.

Great location, nice place.

Overall a nice place to stay! The check-in/check-out procedure requires you to stop by a separate office, which seems unnecessary given there are no physical keys for the unit. The dryer also seemed old and took awhile to dry a load of towels.

Great Labor Day Weekend in Mammoth

This unit is close to everything fishing, hiking, biking, etc. Big plus is access to the Snowcreek Athletic Club - indoor/outdoor pools, pickleball, tennis, workout rooms.BBQ grill brand new and tons of wood for the wood burning fireplace.Rooms are spacious with two master bedrooms and loft area which was great for all the grandkids.Great time and place in creating family memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is by far the best condo I have stayed in. I have vacationed in Mammoth since I was a kid, and this was one was perfect. I chose it based on the amount of rooms and bed sizes as I needed to accommodate my parents, children and another couple. There was plenty of room, the 3 king size beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed to cook for the family. And the view was breathtaking! We will definitely be back again!

Family Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bridges 308 has the most privileged location, it is the closest to the ski-in/out access (but furthest from elevator). It desperately needs a new router/modem as it constantly disconnected us and it could only tolerate 2 devices at a time, streaming a movie was painful with all the buffering. Otherwise, the place is fantastic, fully stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, and it is nice to be all on one floor.

Summer home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place was at a good location near the lakes. Great view! I can only imagine how nice it would be to stay here during the winter time and ski out from the door steps. Only bad part was there were moths in the house. Some of the windows didn't have screen or couldn't open so it got a bit stuffy. Would have been nice to have a screen door with the sliding down to the patio to enjoy the nice breeze.

Mammoth Lakes

Checking in was really easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The condo had plenty of room for 8 adults and one child. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The views were beautiful. The condo is very dated. When I went into the master bedroom, there was a breakfast bar wrapper on the floor by the dresser. There was hair in the shower. The bathrooms had stained carpeting. No screens on the windows. The couch was comfortable and could hold a lot of people, but it was really dusty. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked. It would be a great place if updated and deep cleaned.

Wonderful Stay

The unit is on the older side but has been maintained very well. Everything was in order so we didnt have to contact management. We had 2 families, 5 adults and 5 kids. The loft's arrangement of beds was perfect for the kids. It was also great for them to hangout and for us to still be able to keep track of them from the living room. The 3 bdrms with 1 king each was perfect for the adults. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. The provided towels, toiletries, bedding, and kitchen utensils (cooking and eating) were sufficient. We appreciated the small oven/air fryer as well as the outside bbq grill and ample wood for the fireplace. Location was perfect with true ski in/out; this is an end unit and our window looked out right to the slope. Beautiful view from the balcony. The complex's hot tub was spacious and stayed open until 10pm. We didn't have time to check out Snow Creek Athletic Club. Overall very enjoyable stay for us!

Mammoth vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No air conditioner, windows couldn’t be opened. Nice view from the balcony sorry unit’s maintenance is deficient
