NEW Lake Front Loft - 5 Bedroom Home on Beautiful Gull Lake w/4-Season Fun!

This BRAND NEW 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom Lakefront Loft is only 75 feet from Gull Lake and includes a private dock. All three stories facing the lake have floor-to-ceiling glass for incredible panoramic views, especially from the master bedroom. The loft is within walking distance of the Main Lodge, Beach Grill Restaurant, and Club Quarterdeck (coming soon) and sleeps up to 14 people with plenty of private and community spaces.

On the main level, you will find a beautiful great room with a flat/big-screen TV, fireplace, powder room, full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances and cookware, dining room, and an outdoor BBQ with a seating area. The main level also features a king lake view master suite with a private connecting bathroom.

The upper-level features two king bedrooms with connecting private bathrooms plus an additional powder room. The star of the show is the private ROOFTOP BAR 35 feet up from Gull Lake with a gas fire pit, table with seating for ten, and grilling station.

Ready for entertainment? A spacious family room is located on the lower level, including a game room with a card and pool table. Snuggle up with your favorite movie or watch your favorite sports team in the living area with many different seating arrangements, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. You will also find a bedroom with 2 bunks & a double guest suite with two king beds and a private connecting bathroom. The lower level has a common bathroom, washer, and dryer.

Experience the health benefits of the outdoor sauna and relax in the comfy lounge chairs by the outdoor fire tables or indoor fireplace. Play vintage games, including the world’s largest Pac-Man, or watch your favorite game on one of the six large-screen TVs. Boat Slips are available to reserve directly with the resort front desk for $50 per night. The property has boat rentals available for rent on site as well! Please inquire with the front desk directly for rates and availability.

Ice Fishing on Gull Lake - With just under 10,000 acres of frozen lake surface, Gull Lake will surely provide the premier ice fishing experience you seek. Drill some holes and set the tip-ups. Bring your portable fish house, and we’ll provide the plowed lake access. Quarterdeck guests can arrange to rent a heated fish house upon request. There are also multiple fishing guides in the area to schedule a guided fishing tour.

Located within walking distance of your accommodations and at the center of the Quarterdeck Resort area is the newly enhanced Quarterdeck Beach Club Grill. Enjoy some of the best views of Gull Lake, eat, drink, listen to live music, watch a game, and have fun.
