This home is self-check-in. You will receive a personalized door code 72 hours prior to arrival.

Gate Access
Solterra Resort is a gated community. Access procedures will be provided prior to arrival.

Resort Amenity Pass
Use of resort amenities is not included and requires purchase of a $46 pass per reservation (up to 13 guests).

Starter Supplies

As this is a self-catering home, only a starter kit is provided:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge

Basic kitchen cookware and utensils are provided.
Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not included.

Pool Heating (Optional)

• Available October–March for $45 per day
• Must be requested for the full stay
• Requires at least 72-hour advance notice
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Not available April–September
• Water temperature may vary when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F

Pool Service

• Pools are serviced every Wednesday
• The pool may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during cleaning
• Pool heating does not reach hot tub temperatures

Grill

• No grill onsite; rentals available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not on the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply

Parking

• Maximum of 5 vehicles per reservation
• Strictly enforced by the resort
