We love sunrise pointe and have stayed in different units several times. This recent unit was very dated and the furniture was very uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable and linen service was convenient. While we are the type of family that is only in the unit to sleep and do some minor cooking, it still could use some updates. The dirty linen from the previous guest was outside the door the entire week. There was urine on the back of the bathroom door in the right bedroom when you enter. And the carpet was dirty. Minor issues really but nonetheless…..

This is a beautiful condo and the view is amazing. The sofa and loveseat are feeling some age and the carpeting could stand a really good cleaning. In general, the condo was clean and pretty well supplied for cooking needs. This is our second time staying here and we hope to return next year.

Great location and very nice spacious condo! Very comfortable for 6 people. Could use a few larger sized kitchen bowls and baking trays, etc… the retro 80’s decor was my favorite! And really appreciated the carpet. Keeps the sand under control.

Comfort condo on Cherry Grove Beach

Our family had a great stay in this Sunrise Point condo 4E. It was quiet, convenient, and comfortable. We enjoyed preparing breakfast each morning and spent out days on the beach. So easy! This condo is a little smaller than some we’ve stayed, but a great vacation home for our family. We had a great week together at the beach!

We were disappointed in several factors of this Unit & listing. We were not told about Construction happening on the Beach just outside the building & noise we could hear throughout the day when on the beach or sitting out on our balcony. The Unit did not have several basic necessities which we had to purchase like toilet paper, dish soap & trash bags. We will definitely not consider this property in the future & would also think twice about the Rental Company as well. Thanks!

We enjoyed our month in Sunrise Pointe 4e. The view is terrific and the location in Cherry Grove is peaceful. It’s a short walk to the local nature preserve where we saw some interesting birds. Easy access to the beach for walking, which we did every day - great beach! It was our first time booking with Elliott and we found them to be very professional and the condo was clean on our arrival. Linens were included in our package, but we always bring our own bedding and towels so we didn’t need them. We have already made a booking through Elliott for next winter. Everything worked in the condo so there was no need for any service calls. The couches were a bit sat out, but the newer rocker swivel recliner was great. The deck furniture is a bit basic, but again we bring our own camping rockers, so not a problem. An upgrade to the tv and silverware would be nice. All in all it was good value for what we paid and our expectations were met. The building appeared to be well maint
