We have received wonderful reviews. Come and enjoy the beautiful views. New kitchen and tile flooring. New dining room set 2020 as we are always updating to keep our repeat renters/families coming back year after year. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom for privacy. The master suite and the living room has awesome panoramic ocean views. We also added a Keurig coffee maker for you coffee lovers. We have a regular coffee maker too. Our BEACHFRONT unit is located on the 6th floor. Our balcony is one of the largest in the area at 27 ft, big enough for a table and 8 chairs to relax and close enough to enjoy the ocean. Plenty of room for breakfast or coffee on the huge balcony! Our building, Sunrise Point, includes amenities such a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Enjoy the lush tropical plantings around the pool areas. Our unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces for your convenience on the 3rd deck. There is also street parking on 55th street. We have installed new flooring in living room and bedrooms. We have flat screen TV's in the living area and all the bedrooms. Great location to walk from pier to pier. Cherry Grove pier just a short walk away. There is also a fun nature walk on the inlet waterway side a few blocks away.

Our large living room includes seating for 6 and is decorated in blue and white. The living furniture is new for the 2017 season. 2021 Bought a new 58 inch smart tv and new tv console. Watch one of our children's DVD's or enjoy a game stored in the entertainment center and there are plenty of books to read. We've included Wi-fi for you to surf the Internet or check your e-mails while away from home. Through the patio doors enjoy the dolphins or ocean breeze while using our binoculars.

Our master bedroom includes a King top quality mattress. Lie in bed, as we have, and watch the tide from your bed. Watch a movie on your private DVD player on our new 'LCD' TV. The master also has a walk-in closet. It also stores 2 thin mattresses which are perfect for children. An en-suite master bath is complete with a 'whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds which are pushed together to make a king bed. It also has a flat screen TV with DVD player. Another en-suite bathroom completes this private retreat.

The 3rd bedroom contains a queen bed and has a 3rd bathroom. Enjoy your privacy in this suite by enjoying the flat screen TV. Our unit is great for privacy for 3 couples or for families where the children want to watch television/movies away from the adults.

The new kitchen has everything you would need on vacation. Included are top quality stainless appliances, such as a stove, refrigerator with an ice-maker, keurig, crock pot, microwave, and dishwasher. All small appliances are included such as a toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, and a coffeepot. We try to keep our kitchen fully stocked. We even keep a few spices if you decide to cook in. A full sized washer/dryer are stored in the hallway for your use as well.

No need to bring beach chairs!! Feel free to use our beach chairs, lounge chair, club chair, umbrellas, and sand toys, including bocce ball, stored in the outside hallway closet. There are A few boogie and skim boards for the kids, so you don't have to squeeze those in your car!

We just got a 80 gallon hot water tank so no worries about running out of hot water. We also just got a new heating and air conditioner.

We've tried to think of everything to make your vacation special. We installed a a KEYLESS ENTRY for your convenience...we send you the code for your week by email which is deleted after your stay so you don't have to remember to take your keys to the beach!! Our unit is safe for toddlers, too, with high deck railings, and narrow slats on the patio railing! Rental age- 25 and up. This is a NO SMOKING unit as All of Cherry Grove does not allow smoking on balconies due to local laws.
