Great activities. Teens had plenty of options. Wish the unit was a little more stocked with kitchen utensils and pans. Shower heads could be replaced or maybe cleaned so they spray evenly.

West.Village is Great

We were close to everything. The checkin process was fast and easy. There was a nice pond behind our bungalow. The only problem was that there was some clown that was feeding the small gator in the pond. And people wonder why they become aggressive. Otherwise the place was clean, quiet and comfortable. We always like staying here.

Experience

Trip was very relaxing and I like those activities offered at the resort for all ages. The check in process was terrible. Our group wasn't able to get into rental until 6:30 and waited 2 and 1/2 hours to get in. Staff just kept giving us a run around and sending us to someone else for help.

Spacious and comfortable

The owners were great to work with and the property was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great everywhere we wanted to go. We had everything we needed inside of the condo. The only complaint I have is the pictures make it look more like a high-rise building that you were staying in overlooking a nice pool but we were in one level condo.

Sunny getaway

Place was fantastic. Complex is very large with lots of activities. Many pools and hot tubs. Everything was perfect, with one minor challenge. Our reservations stated 11:00 checkout. Housecleaning knocked at 10:00 and told us we needed to leave now or they were charging us extra- very rude and was clearly WRONG. I offered to show her my confirmation and she just gave attitude and didnā€™t even look at it.

This place had everything!

If you arenā€™t sure if this is the right place to stay, let me help you decide. Itā€™s so worth it. Super comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. So great to have a washer/dryer. WiFi worked perfectly. I had a question and texted the owners through the HomeAway app. Had an answer within the hour. They are super nice. So stop looking, youā€™ve found the place.

Incredible Vacation

This is our second time vacationing at Orange Lakes Resort and the second was just as special as the first! The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make sure we are happy and have no issues. We were lock out of our room (someone forgot his key) and security was there in no time making us laugh when he stated, "happens all the time." The weather was fantastic especially coming from snowy Western New York and freezing weather. We were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff at registation when we were there to meet our party. Loved seeing name tags with peoples names and where they were from. Can't say enough great things about the resort, we thank you for such an enjoyable stay, see you next year! Ken and Elaine Frew

Passed the 4 Cs - clean, comfortable, convenient & cost effective

Jerry and Nancy provided us with a very nice place as a base for our Disney vacation. They communicated well to ease our concerns and to make us feel very comfortable with our choice to stay off the Disney grounds. As the title says, the unit was very clean, comfortable, convenient to all Disney kingdoms and much more cost effective than being on the grounds. We found excellent restaurants nearby, as well as Target and Walgreens for our personal needs. We will come back in a few years when our grand-daughter is a few years older and use the same off-site base for lodging. We had a great time.

Staying in a hotel but with VRBO prices

My family loved this location and facility. Very much a resort feel. I loved that there were various pools, golf and restaurants to choose from. Very large resort and you are not on top of people everywhere. Every day there is a list of activities going on at the resort. The only thing I was not aware of were little extra costs, like renting tubes to do the lazy river. I also did not like have go through 3 timeshare agents before I could leave the check in. I wish we spent more time at the resort, instead of at the parks. I would go back.

This is a great location with wonderful pools lots of fun events for kids and pillows on the bed that we were checking the tags from as they were so comfortable! Good kitchen area and nice little porch outside to eat breakfastā€¦ Two very large bedrooms with whirlpool tub's and another bedroom with two single beds. Very comfortable sleeping The tubs are very low as are the toilets so if somebody has knee problems or hard time getting low that could be an issue.
