Centrally located on the river, the park, watersports, and of course the rest of the greater Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale area, this condo is perfect for leisure, spring training, and business travelers! When you are done exploring the area, come take a dip in the pool jacuzzi with friends and enjoy a night by the fire pit! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more!



The Space:

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:

We are on Town Lake River in Tempe, Arizona near the Mill Avenue District, a local hotspot for dining, shopping and entertainment. Situated just 11 miles outside of Phoenix and 4 miles outside of Scottsdale, Tempe is a vibrant city all its own with beautifully landscaped parks, botanical gardens, and wildlife preserves such as the Hayden Butte Preserve. You can also enjoy the close proximity to the Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Civic Center, Tempe Diablo Stadium, and Kiwanis Park.



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, there are definitely a lot of options getting around the area!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The place was in a nice location and it was ok for a hotel room. You are renting from a company that just churns these units. I do prefer to remt from an individual rather than a corporation because you always have what you need and they go the extra mile. With units like this its barebones items withouth tvs in the bedrooms or standard furniture sets. I would stay here again, the host listened to my concerns and opinions on improving so hopefully they upgrade to make it feel more like a home. The surrounding restaurants and lake are nice to have near by

Good Locale in Tempe

The property is very nice. Lots of amenities (none were busy). Location is convenient on the river and near ASU. Parking was limited and confusing, as primary surface visitor lot filled quickly and adjacent lots had posted warnings about towing that contradicted CozySuites info. We even talked to a city parking attendant (who gave us both good and incorrect info), and the leasing office to clarify. We signed up for $7/mo parking garage, which was much more convenient and reassuring. Check-in notification from CozySuites (the operator who markets thru VRBO) did not populate unique access code or other property info, so we had to call upon arrival to get into property. WiFi was not strong, and oddly Verizon phone service was weak -- TMobile service was fine -- which actually caused us some issues. For permanent residents at the site, I'd highly recommend the property and area. As a renter, despite hiccups, I'd stay at the property/area again.
