Your perception of the space not aligning with the cabin-like aesthetic depicted in our photos is duly noted, and we will review our marketing materials to ensure they accurately represent our accommodations. Regarding the Keurig malfunction, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Our team conducts regular maintenance checks to ensure all appliances are in optimal working condition, and we will investigate this matter further to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the bedding and are looking into alternatives. Each bed is triple-sheeted, meaning everything on the beds is washed between guests. We understand this setup may be unfamiliar to guests who use a traditional comforter. We appreciate the opportunity to improve.
