They need to work on their check in process, I had to make contact, no email was sent prior. Then the code was incorrect that was given. House is new and clean. But the yard needs to be done. Full of weeds. Location is about ten minutes out of center of town.

It was our first time in this part of town. The facilities were well kept, but the neighborhood was a bit sparse. I loved the entrance ramp. The games provided were welcome.

The house was good but it does not have central AC and onlyu has a heat pump. The heat pump didn't work and at n ight it was 8 degrees and no air flow. The beach that was a five minute walk away was closed due to wrosion. It would have been nice if someoine had informed us of that.

Great house, no beach access

The house was lovely - very clean and well furnished. Super cute. However, we specifically rented this house because the listing said it was within walking distance to the beach (Damon Point). Unfortunately, access to the nearby water is completely closed and will be for the foreseeable future.

The house is so clean and cute! The beds were comfy, it’s a short walk to Damon Point, and had great living space to hang out. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family stay in Ocean Shores

We wanted to stay close to the beach and this beautiful house was a block away! It was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and even got some sand castle and beach toys that we left for the next family to use 🙂

Excellent rental. Exceptionally clean. Kitchen & bathrooms were well appointed & stocked. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of deer roaming the neighborhood.

Lovely home

Thank you for such a great option to stay at! Our stay was very pleasant. Very clean and up to date. Although the microwave did not work. But, we didn’t end up needing it.

When things go wrong

We had a great week at this Evolve managed property! The house was ready on time and even allowed us to check in an hour early! We found the house immaculately clean, well supplied and easily secured with their 'no key' touch pad entry system. The only disappointment was that the pellet BBQ did not function properly and we planned most of our evening meals around the BBQ. However, when we contacted our Evolve 'guest contact' about the BBQ and she came right out to see if she could get it working. Although she was unable to repair it, the owners offered us financial compensation for the inconvenience and offered to bring out a replacement on our final night. There's a lot to be said about a company that comes through when things go wrong! Thanks Evolve team!

Well designed & appointed house. We had a little hiccup with the WiFi, but Marissa & the owner with a conference call to T-Mobile took care of the issue. Might consider listing the Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen

Clean and modern with fun game room

As advertised. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds. House was well stocked and game room was fun for all. Property management was easy to interact with and responsive. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Would stay again for sure and highly recommend.

Affordable house

This house is very nice, clean and affordable. There are only a few kitchen nevessities like pots, pans, silverware and cups. Make sure you bring your own baking sheets, spatulas, measuring cups, and coffee cups.

Great Time at 392

We had a wonderful time at the property. The spacious house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There were so many activities to do for both kids and adults. The backyard is fully fenced so the kids were able to play safely in the back. The pool table, air hockey and foosball kept us all entertained. The house is located 1 minute away from the closes beach and minutes away from restaurants and the town center. There is a bbq grill in the back and a deck where we hung out. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Ocean Shores.

Fairly new construction so in good shape. Cleanliness was a litttle lacking (didn't sweep under the beds or couch, syrup on the floor near dining table and counter top). Fairly close to beach. Main heating didn't work at first but we got it working on 2nd day.

Not what we expected

This was a cute home but had a lot of disappointment. We tried to work things out with the property manager, VRBO and Evolve but ended up only getting a small amount of a refundthere was debris in the sheets of the beds- some of the dishes were not clean and we had to put them into the dishwasher and rewash some of the ones we were using- the couch is very uncomfortable - the Foosball table goaly is broken and it was one of the reasons we booked this place to have the things to play- we can't watch anything on the TV because several things aren't logged in- the oven smelled so strong like burning when we tried to use it that we had to open the windows for awhile- we couldn't get the living room heater to work and the ones in the bedroom kicked on the fan off and on so much it distributed our sleep- one reason we booked this place is cuz of the walkable access to the ocean and we didn't know all of Damon point was closed. - the early check out of 10am and having to wait until day of to see if we could leave later was really inconvenient

Sister Trip

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Location is close to Damon Point beach. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the beach. The house had your basic necessities. Marissa the property manager was so help and friendly. When we ran out of supplies she had housekeeping bring some supplies the next day. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend the owner do a better job with supplying more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. One of each is not going to cover 3 ladies for 4 days. Also, it would be nice to have an actual coffee maker. Not everyone likes the taste of coffee from a Keurig maker. And some towels for the kitchen would be ideal. The pool table in garage was great, however have some board games would also be nice, especially for families staying here. Otherwise not too shabby of a stay.

Smoke alarm

Nice simple house, only issues we had, one of the smoke alarms was beeping for low battery. We tried calling and texting the person it said to contact, no answer, no return call or text. We spent our 1st night having to listen to the constant beeping and that was after we took the battery's out. Still was beeping. Needless to say we didnt get good slepp the 1st night. We went the next morning to get batteries. The curtain rod in the dining room is loose and falls diwn when trying to open the curtains. We noticed the screws that hold the rod in place, were not tight enough to hold it . Deatailed cleaning could be done.
