A lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo centrally located in the Villages of Five Points, close to historic Lewes, Lewes Beach, Cape May-Lewes Ferry, Henlopen State Park, Tanger Outlet Malls, and Rehoboth Beach.

A wonderful place for a small family or two couples to spend a vacation. The unit is on the second floor, conveniently located above 'Fish On,' a favorite local restaurant.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk in closet, and private bath with shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, walk in closet, and adjacent guest bathroom in the hall way. There is fabulous living area with a sectional (double sleep) sofa and custom entertainment center. The dining area is unique with restaurant booth seating and chairs to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and has bar seating for 3 people. Beautiful hand scrapped maple floors throughout with area rugs for accent.

The Villages of Five Points has every amenity, with 2 swimming pools, 8 tennis courts, fitness trail, Italian bakery, sports bar, grocery store, hair salon & spa, fitness center, and coffee shop all steps away from your front door.

The location of the Villages of 5 Points is superb, just east of Route 1, and biking distance to Historic Lewes and the Ferry. Henlopen State Park has the best area beaches, and only costs $8 a day for an out of state carload of vacationer.

Excellent condo

It has been our second time staying at this condo. Andrew is a very professional host. He provides clear instructions on check in and check out procedures and is very responsive should there be any issues or questions. His condo is an amazing property that is tastefully furnished and decorated with great deal of attention and care. Lewes is a beautiful little town to visit and stay in Delaware. I am looking forward to going back again.

Great place to go in Lewes!

This is our second time staying at this condo! We love it so much. I love the decor & the location is awesome!. Having Fish On, Arena’s, & the walking trail so close is very convenient!! When I reached out to Andrew, he always got back to me very quickly.

Convenient to both lewes beach (easy 10 min drive) and rehoboth (15 - 20 min past outlet shopping). Very nice/clean condition and responsive owner. Access to two pools. Only small negatives are stairs to get to second floor unit and no toaster.

Condo is nicely decorated and very welcoming. Owners were communicative about all details and responded quickly to all inquiries. Beds were not the most comfortable (one too hard and one too soft) but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. With my bad knees and the amount of stairs, we will not be staying there again.

A wonderful beach condo! Great communication from the owner. Great location! Condo was roomy and clean. Dumpsters from nearby restaurant in the parking lot. Detracted a bit. But otherwise a great day. Highly recommend.

Very impressed!

I highly recommend staying at this condo! It is so open and spacious! The decor was amazing! It is also in such a convenient location. The drive to Lewes beach was under ten minutes. Being able to walk to Arena's for breakfast and just down the steps to Fish On was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

A great trip to Lewes at a great place

Andrew, the condo owner was communicative and welcoming. His rental property well decorated and felt homey. He has DVDs, games and books for general use which was very welcomed as we had less room in our car to pack such items this year. The Village of 5 Points is well positioned from downtown Lewes and Rehobeth beach. We have been traveling to Lewes for the last 7 years. This is the first time we stayed at Andrew's condo and enjoyed retiring there at the end of every day.

Great Place!!

It is in a great area! Loved having the option of a the pool or Lewes beach. It was easy to go into Rehoboth and we even took a trip down to Bethany and Ocean City. If you want to go to restaurants, you can travel out or just go right downstairs to any choice of place without having to drive.

Great time in Lewes

This was our first time staying in Lewes and we really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was beautiful (the pictures on this site don’t do it justice). Our communication with the owners was great. Great location- short drive to downtown Lewes and walking distance to grocery store. I will say, if you’re a light sleeper, you should sleep in the “back” bedroom (with the attached bath). The other bedroom faces the parking lot, so we were woken at 6am two days during the week we spent here by the garbage/recycling trucks. Overall, couldn’t have been happier with this rental and would definitely return in the future.

We fell in love with Lewes from the first time we visited. Living in Central Pennsylvania, we have always enjoyed the beaches of the East Coast, but the charm, history, and feel of Lewes made a big imprint in our hearts. The beaches in the area are wonderful, with accessibility to Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland attractions, a fabulous historic setting, fabulous dining, shopping, museums, outdoor activities, a state park, great fishing, a local winery, and all the friendly people of Lewes and you really have the perfect getaway for all seasons. We hope that you, too, will fall in love with this charming location by the sea and take advantage of everything Delaware has to offer. We welcome you to our home away from home!
