This Zenhouse is located in right next to the popular Nightcliff Sports Club with Pub Lawn Balls Nightcliff and perfectly situated between the popular Nightcliff Markets & Foreshore. The neighbourhood is within walking distance to a major Grocery Centre, Cafes, Novelty Shops, Public Transport and surrounded by parks, boardwalks, Aquatic Centre, and multiple Tennis Courts. It is also between a 5min drive to major the Casuarina Shopping Centre and Darwin CBD making this area convenient for all travelers seeking nearby attractions.

Our aim is to provide exclusive monthly stays for family groups and corporate partners looking to stay in a holiday home that suits their travel needs. Our Zen Homes use a professional laundry service that follows strict cleaning requirements for all our linen provided. We also offer additional cleaning services and guest amenities available upon request.

The focus of our design is to accommodate business professionals, corporate families, and exotic travelers who want to experience a more premium touch to their venture. Just to make the check-in more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guest on the day of arrival.

You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out is 10am.

NOTE: Darwin is notorious for red-eye flights, so do let us know what your flight arrangements are and we can recommend some suitable options to fit your needs.

Everything is within walking distance or riding distance around the Nightcliff suburb. There are no trains or trams in Darwin so for public transport catching the bus will be your best option - the bus depot is very close by. Uber has started operating in Darwin since mid-2018.

ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES
Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
- No parties or events (approval for events required)
- No smoking
- No pets (approval pre-arranged)
- Pool Hours - Children under 16yo need to be supervised (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- No glass, alcohol, and smoking within the pool area
- No Excess cleaning and leftovers
- BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An Additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- Bins are to be taken out of the house (every Tuesday)
IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrance, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
