Downstairs, two bright and breezy living areas set the tone with sleek tiled flooring and modern furnishings. The main lounge features a couch, additional seating and a wide-screen TV, framed by windows that flood the space with light and the salty breeze. The fully-equipped kitchen — complete with fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven — flows seamlessly into a dining area with bar-top seating and a dining table. Step through the large sliding glass doors and into the lush backyard, where a prime waterfront position and direct lake access await. Also downstairs, a spacious queen bedroom, a pristine bathroom and a dedicated study with a working desk round out the lower level.

Head upstairs to discover a primary bedroom with a king bed and a sleek ensuite featuring a two-person bathtub, alongside floor-to-ceiling windows framing spectacular treetop views. Three further bedrooms offer a mix of queen and single beds, all served by a well-appointed shared bathroom. Additional amenities include secure parking for two cars, air conditioning, a washing machine and reliable Wi-Fi. Cots, high chairs and extra children's beds are available for an additional fee upon request, three days before arrival.
