Regarding toiletries and household supplies, we understand your frustration. As noted in our listing and guest information, we do not provide full supplies for the duration of the stay, and guests are advised to bring their own items. That said, we recognize the importance of setting clear expectations and are reviewing how this information is communicated to help avoid any confusion going forward. We also apologize for the refrigerator malfunction. We understand how stressful that situation must have been and appreciate you bringing a backup solution. The issue has since been addressed to ensure future guests don’t experience the same problem. Lastly, we’re sorry for the disruption caused by the landscaping work on your final morning.
