There are multiple outdoor living spaces, including a spacious patio with a TV, a well-equipped grill area and two additional covered patios featuring high-end, comfortable seating.



The interior of this property is equally as beautiful with a central living space that includes a spacious open-concept living area with 12 ft high ceilings, tons of sunlight, and a huge island to gather around. This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.



Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM



HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.



PETS: Pets welcome with advance written approval. $100 per pet, per night, plus a refundable $1,000 pet deposit. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Undisclosed pets: $500 per pet, per night. Please note: pet charges are not included in your booking total. Once your reservation is confirmed and your pet is approved, we will send a pet agreement and a secure payment link for the fee and deposit. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of checkout.



Pool heating is available at an additional cost.
