From the owner: Thank you for your feedback. The pool area is scheduled to be resurfaced this month, along with the annual cleaning and inspection. I will make sure these items are addressed. This is the first we’ve been made aware of these concerns, and had we been notified during your visit, we would have addressed them right away.We maintain regular professional pest control, which is especially important in Florida during rainy periods, and our team is always available to respond to any issues in real time. Since your stay, we’ve followed up to ensure everything mentioned has been taken care of, including additional cleaning and exterior power washing. Aside from a few recently replaced items due to prior damage, the furnishings and appliances are consistent with our listing photos.We did refund the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill and remain committed to providing a five-star experience for all guests."
