The Space:
The studio is equipped with a queen bed, sofa, dining table, tv, and full bathroom. There is also a sink, dining plates, fridge a coffee pot. This unit does not have a full kitchen, but it is set so that an affordable and efficient space can be utilized. Access to the home is along the side, through the foyer. There is also a wonderful backyard behind the home that is shared with 3 other tenants.

Guest Access:
Home is a 4 plex. You have full private access to your unit. Shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The home is two blocks away from the iconic street car to help you access the city. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

Getting Around:
St Charles street car is 2 blocks away.
