A delightful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachy Keen is perfectly located to enjoy downtown Key West without being too noisy. The house was recently remodeled and is in fantastic shape. Everything was as-described and it was very clean. The highlight of our stay was probably our property manager, Dan. He was super responsive and helpful. He was a better host than most owners on AirBnb or VRBO are. We already booked our next stay in 2024.

A mixed Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive.... except they rented it for next year to another person without letting us know. we had no idea that we had to reserve for the next year right after we moved in. that wasn't fair.
Resposta de VrboOwner em 16 de fev. de 2024
Judith we are glad you enjoyed the property so much you wanted to rent it for next year. We sent an email that explained you have the first week of your stay to commit to the following year. We had not heard back from you, so we contacted you directly about whether you would like the home before allowing others to book. You asked about weekly rentals and after sending you a selection to choose from, we waited to hear back from you. Once the deadline passed, a reservation came in for Beachy Keen . We are sorry you felt you didn't have enough time to make a decision but we tried to help. Please contact us if you have not found an alternative, we still have many beautiful homes available for next year. We'd love to welcome you again!
