Enter the ground floor through the front door, with internal access garage to use throughout your stay - complete with EV charger. 1st bedroom is located on the ground floor by garage - with Spacious Queen bed, separate laundry containing a Washer and Dryer combination machine.
Heading up the stairs to the open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen and balcony. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for meals in or explore local bars and eateries. Heading up to the 3rd floor you will find the Master Bedroom with Queen bed and 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed. Both bathroom and separate toilet located on 3rd floor.
Please note the toilet and bathroom are on the top floor (3rd floor), there is no bathroom on the ground floor.
Sofa bed is available in the living area - linen is an additional charge.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note garage parking is not suitable for Large Utes, Vans or MPV.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

Located on the South West fringe of Hagley Park, Addington borders the Central City and the popular suburbs of Riccarton, Spreydon & Sydenham.
Addington’s popularity continues to increase for good reason. The location is central and it is spoilt for amenities, hospitality and entertainment options such as the Court Theatre (New Zealand’s largest theatre company).
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 25 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
A very short walk to Hagley Park, Orangetheory stadium which hosts Sport's games, Concerts and other functions. Bus stop close by - Orbiter, which allows you to get anywhere around town.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
