Would Stay Again!

Extremely clean and very comfortable condo, at an affordable price for us. Kitchen was the most well-stocked I've ever seen. Walls were a bit thin so bring ear plugs in case you have a loud neighbor while you're trying to sleep. The private parking space in the garage is underground, and the clearance into the garage is 7 feet. This information was important and hard for us to find. You can park in the surface lot as well, but the ski locker and most convenient elevator access is all from the garage. We loved the free shuttle to Beaver Creek which stops right at the condo parking lot. It was a 20 minute ride to Beaver Creek and 10 minutes back. The front load washer in the unit had a moldy gasket, which is typical for a front load washer, but really yucky! Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

I rated the skiing with 1 star because we were there in the fall before the ski resorts opened. We did not use the ski storage. The unit could have been cleaned a lot better. It was dusty and it appeared that the cleaners missed the areas near, around and under the furniture. Kitchen was lacking some cooking essentials - blender, large salad bowl, etc.

Avon great stay

Enjoyed our stay for 2 day Beaver Creek ski trip with family. Room with bunks works out great for kids. Nice included parking spot. Clean, kitchen well equipped if youā€™re interested in cooking meals. Master bed was made without top sheet, found in closet and remade bed. When we left, I texted we were out and had left a few found items on a table - no response. Not necessary I guess, but I just like to know message received. Donā€™t hesitate - would certainly rent here again!

Great Experience

A few of my friends stayed at this property for a 3-day ski trip at Vail. Very close and convenient to the mountain. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We all would definitely book this condo and in the future.

Great place to ski Beaver Creek

We had a quick 3d ski trip. Checkin seamless even at 2a. Underground parking was great. Shuttle to Beaver Creek base just steps from from of building.

Nice place, good price!

Nice unit at a reasonable price. Shuttle stop very close for convenient transportation to ski resort. Make sure to register your vehicle for the garage online when you arrive to avoid a fine. Overall, a good experience.

Great value

First of all this is not a ski in ski out property so if that's what you're looking for then this is not it. But if you want a great value and a location that is an easy drive to Vail or BC then this is it. Walking distance to City Market grocery and several nice restaurants. Secured parking and entry.

A visit to Avon co

The overall stay was good. The check in process for this building is complicated as well as using the elevator and registering your vehicle for parking. I was not notified that the pass code changed at the beginning of a new month It was a bit noisy at night as well. The mattress in the master was incredible however!

Good location

This is a good location and we liked that the unit was on the top floor, with a view of the mountains (railroad also, but we never heard or saw a train). The living room TV is very small, and not much room in the living room. It is small. The bedrooms were bigger and had enough space for everyone. The check in instructions email failed to provide the correct codes so getting in the first night did not go well and we had to call the on-call person. There is one parking space provided, but it is very small. If you have a full size vehicle it is a TIGHT fit. Overall, I'd give the unit 3.5 stars.

Avon condo listed as air conditionedā€¦but not really

This property was roomy, reasonably furnished, and in a good location. The kitchen functioned well. There were no products to clean sinks or tub/shower. There was no body wash in either bathroom. Plenty of shampoo and conditioner! Toilet in main bedroom broke. Property manager had to call owner in Texas to get approval to fix itā€¦.really? Biggest problem was temperature of unit in late afternoon and night. The small a/c unit cannot cool the room it is in, much less the whole place. It was uncomfortably hot until 3-4 am. Windows do open but no cross breeze as front of unit opens onto a long closed hall. We will not stay here again and will not recommend it in summer to friends.
