Just steps from your private deck, a boardwalk leads directly to your private association beach, with the shoreline only about 200 feet away. Spend your days enjoying the sand and surf, then return to your spacious, private outdoor living area—perfect for relaxing with a book, savoring a beverage, or grilling dinner while taking in the salty sea breeze. From here, you can gaze out toward Cape Cod Bay and catch glimpses of the iconic Provincetown Monument, creating a truly memorable coastal backdrop.

The cottage features a comfortable studio layout with air conditioning, WiFi, and an efficiency kitchen, making it easy to settle in and unwind. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the lovely outdoor shower—one of Cape Cod’s most cherished traditions.

Parking is available for one car (unassigned), and guests may also enjoy access to the association pool during July and August, subject to routine testing. My daughter and I just spent a few wonderful nights at this property. The cottage was accurately described. Small (good for one or two people), very clean, a stone’s throw to a beautiful beach (weather didn’t cooperate, but we did manage a few hours on our last day), check in/out was easy and when we did have trouble finding the parking pass the host got back to us very quickly. This was our first visit to Provincetown and the location was perfect! Easy to downtown and right on the beach. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Steps to the beach with water views from the patio! Thoughtfully arranged for a small space, we were very comfortable as a party of 2 adults. Murphy bed is easy to operate and substantial with a comfortable mattress. Kitchen and gas grill set up great for cooking summer meals on the large well furnished patio. Awesome outdoor shower!! A short pathway through a dune grass meadow leads to a peaceful bay beach - we stayed in August and were blown away with how private and natural it felt. At 5PM the tide goes out exposing tide pools and sandbars for exploring. The condo community was friendly and relaxed. Truly serene, with salty breezes and the sound of seagulls and waves, it does get more coastal than this! About a 10 minute drive to the heart of Ptown for shopping / dining if you feel like returning to civilization. A

Relaxing anniversary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect. From checking in , which is a key code, from checking out, leaving keys in box. Its a,tiny home with big personality. The owner made the space seam bigger. Captains bed, tucked in table and chairs and hidden microwave. Our favorite was the outside shower(the inside shower is very small) and seating space. We hung out there in mornings and evenings. Short walk to the beach through the dunes. Short drive to ptown. Quite spot I saw a new hotel being built behind it I do hope this spot remains as is after it opens.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this location! It's so cute and cozy and in a great location. Walking distance to the beach was ideal. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the outdoor shower soaps were all empty, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Also, I did not know that the location would be equipped with a Ring camera. Since it is such a small location, it made us feel uncomfortable since the camera could hear and see nearly everything. Also, the key code was different between the text and emails I got, but still made for easy access.

This one-room cottage is cute as a button. The layout of the unit provides everything you need when you need it and tucks away when you don't. The host was easy to communicate with and was a very helpful intermediary between me and the company that delivered my sheets and towels, which are not included in the rental.Perhaps calling the cottage beach front is a matter of semantics. Can you see the beach or the sea from the window? No, but you can see the seagrass that leads to the ocean. From another window you see the wall of the house next door and the hotel behind. The outdoor space is wonderful. I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower.But the devil is in the details. General cleanliness could have been better. The rug was sorely in need of a deep clean and the blanket could have used a spin in the laundry. There was 1/4 inch of hand soap in the bathroom and about the same amount of dish soap in the kitchen. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the outdoor shower were empty. The utensil holder in the dish drainer was dirty. The area under the sink was not clean and I found what appeared to be the lid of a cake box with icing. I was happy to find a flash light for my evening walk to the beach -- unfortunately, the battery was dead. Paper towels or a dishcloth would have helpedMaybe I'm nitpicking, but at this price point I expect a bit more. But with all this said, I would stay here again, but only in the off season,

Cozy Cottage Indeed!

Such an adorable property, small but not cramped at all. So cozy yet airy, it was the perfect spot to stay for a beautiful weekend in Provincetown. Great amount of storage for a weekend away. Loved the outdoor shower especially even though the water temperature was a little iffy. Recommending this property to all my friends :)

“Little Slice of Heaven” Indeed!!!

This Little Slice of Heaven cottage was the perfect spot for my daughter & I. We stayed 2 nights. It is absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. Great location, the beach is right there and it’s a quick Uber ride down to Commercial Street. Great communication from rental agent. Very pleased w/ everything!

A tranquil quaint cottage with allow you to rejuvenate your soul and reset your mind

I spent my week biking and jogging. Playing basketball and writing my book. The cottage was great but it’s west Yarmouth where there are used syringes that are blatantly thrown out of cars traveling east and west on Rt 28.

Celebrated our anniversary with an ocean breeze

My husband and I booked this tiny house to celebrate our 35th anniversary by the ocean. The interior was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen or grill to cook meals, but both seemed more than adequate. For the days we didn't want to do much, the outdoor/ porch seating was beautiful and (mostly) private, with umbrellas that make even the hottest of days very pleasant. The beach was a 5 minute stroll away, and the center of Provincetown was a short drive or shuttle ride ($2 per person) away. We wanted to getaway and be by the ocean; this little gem gave us both and more.

Overall a nice time

Small but sweet spot to stay for a couple of nights. Not as clean as I would have hoped, given the additional fees beyond the nightly cost. The outdoor shower was a lovely addition, but it, the mini fridge, among other things had not been cleaned. We reached out via text with a couple of questions, and did not hear back in a timely manner. The location is great, but with so many options in town, I might try somewhere else next time.

We have a high standard of cleanliness and have since reached out to the housekeeper regarding these issues. Our records do indicate that when you texted our company regarding a question about how to use the stove, a team member responded that same day to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance and staying with us again in the future.

The only bad thing was the parking - no designated spot and had to guess on where to park or if you would get towed.

Overall we really liked a lot about this place but would have appreciated more up-front clarity about the property. Location was close to the beach and town. We enjoyed the porch, grill and outdoor shower. The size was as pictured and fine for a couple for a weekend away. The listing did not specify that you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which was frustrating for us to find out from the e-mail days before our trip (and probably would have affected our booking had we known). Also there were two different versions of photos in the listing (we were unclear of what to expect in terms of coffee pot/hot water heater). There is just a Keurig (no coffee pot) and no coffee pods provided - so bring your own! The induction stove also did not work for us so with no coffee or breakfast we had a tough first morning. Checkout instructions told us to leave the place broom clean. At the rate we paid, the fact that there were no linens to wash since we had to bring our own, we felt the price was excessive. Under the bed was sandy so I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is for.

Reviewer Comments: This adorable little beach "house" was exactly as advertised-- beautifully appointed with modern conveniences and full of charm, in a beach condo/house community right at the Truro/P-town line. You could tell that every little detail was thought out to make this tiny house comfortable, from the lighting to the fantastic outdoor shower to the sweet patio. A quick drive to P-town and just steps from the beach... if only I had better weather!
