Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bikes, beach chair and umbrella set-ups, backpack beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Welcome to "Magical Memories," a brand new home with a private heated pool, and only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access!

Upon entering the beautifully decorated open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will notice there is more than enough seating to accommodate everyone in your group! The large family room has 2 couches and a comfy swivel chair so that everyone has a spot for movie night!! The dining area features a large gorgeous driftwood table with seating for up to 10 people and an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island! This brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. On the first level of the home, you will find the first of the home's many spacious outdoor entertaining areas. The home's back patio is screened in, and furnished with a large sectional and flatscreen tv. Stepping outside onto the expansive patio you will find a dining table with seating for 6, a grill, corn hole boards, and the homes private *heated pool!! There are 4 loungers and 4 additional chairs around the pool, as well as a built in seating ledge in the pool so everyone has the perfect spot to soak up the sun!! This outdoor living space is so comfortable you may never want to go back inside!! Also on this level of the home, you will find a half bath and laundry room for your added convenience.

The second level of the home features 2 king suites and built-in twin over twin hallway bunkbeds. It is on this level that your guests can enjoy their king suite and private balcony, while you enjoy the Master suite complete with a large king-sized bed, gorgeous bathroom, and your own oversized private balcony. The Master balcony boasts a comfortable sectional with small table, as well as a flat screen tv. Moving up to the third floor of the home you will find the home's 3rd king suite, a bunk room that sleeps 6, a desk area in the hallway, and a small reading/iPad nook. The bunk room comfortable sleeps 6 with one set of twin/twin bunks and another set of queen over queen bunks. Off the bunk room there is another large balcony with seating for 4, and an outdoor pool table!!

All four of the home's bedrooms boast a private balcony, and a private full bathroom making this home the entertainer's dream! Everyone can have their own personal space, making it the ideal house for multiple families vacationing together! The backyard pool patio area is fenced, and lined with landscaping providing plenty of privacy during your stay!

These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
