Two boutique apartments conveniently located on one property, offering the comfort of privacy with the opportunity to stay together. Located in the popular Little Beach, you’ll be spoilt for choice of beaches, cafes & beautiful views.

Each apartment features one bedroom, one bathroom with laundry facilities, open plan living and fully equipped kitchens in each catering for you to enjoy a meal at home, or you could get together for a BBQ on the back under over patio of the rear apartment whilst your furry friend enjoys the landscaped yard.

Walking distance to the calm waters of Little Beach or Fly Point Beach, a short distance to the heart of Nelson Bay's Marina and CBD or to popular Shoal Bay. You won't be far from all the best activities Port Stephens has to offer from this great location.

Despite its growing popularity, the town maintains its small coastal village charm, perfecting the balance of catering to thriving tourism needs while protecting its beautiful national parks and marine sanctuary. An ideal holiday destination for families, Nelson Bay offers pristine beaches with lovely calm water swimming, waterfront parklands with BBQ facilities, a playground for children, weekend markets, a variety of shops and boutiques, and the Marina, which offers a range of aquatic activities daily.

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A 1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

Note: Cancellation policy is as per LJ Hooker Nelson Bay website. No Schoolies or Party Bookings.
