Property Description
Oro Grande Lodge 208 is a nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath in Keystone Resort. Sleeps 4. Private deck that looks to the mountains. Walk or shuttle to Keystone Resort, restaurants, shops, festivals and activities. Furnished with beautiful leather and natural wood furniture. Living room has gas fireplace, flatscreen and wood floors. Free WiFi and cable. Kitchen is fully equipped and has both coffee and espresso makers. Plenty of counter space. Private deck has Adirondack chairs and mountain views. Coin-op washers and dryers are just across the hall. A great little place in Keystone. A beautiful and convenient mountain retreat. Close to the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Lodge wedding venues.

Parking
1 unassigned parking spot in the garage plus 1 unassigned parking spot in the surface lot. Parking of motor homes, vehicles with tandem axles, trailers of all types, boats, ATV's, or any similar vehicle are permitted to park in the exterior lot for a maximum of 4 nights between May 1st and November 15th provided that they only occupy a maximum of 2 parking spots.

Complex has indoor heated pool, hot tub, grill on the pool patio, elevator, heated parking, fitness room and coin-op washers and dryers.

Walk or shuttle to the Keystone Slopes. Just a 5 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Loveland and 35 minutes to Vail. Take advantage of all the Keystone Resort amenities including world class restaurants, spa services, nightlife, festivals and concerts. Summer activities include: golf, mountain biking, bike park, gondola rides, horseback riding, bike path, paddleboats, hiking and more. Winter Activities include: ice skating, tubing, night skiing, nordic skiing and snowshoeing. If you are attending a wedding at Arapahoe Basin's Black Mountain Lodge, Oro Grande is one of the closest lodging complexes. Just 7 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

Great Location

right across from Keystone, free shuttle or you can walk. Locked ourselves out second night and they were there within 30 minutes to let us back in.

Beautiful Condo in Great Location

We loved our stay at Oro Grande 208, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more available for use. Walked to the lifts every day and even to River Run a few times as it’s close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Only concern is like others have mentioned In other reviews is that the unit was quite warm from the hallway/building temperature setting but cracking the door or window was an easy fix

We have tried to contact the guest multiple times since this review was posted and have been unable to reach the guest. We regret the inconvenience this guest suffered. We spoke with them multiple times during their stay. We call all guests after arrival to the unit to make sure all is well. We delivered new keys and bottled drinking water to the guests. In all Keystone units, the water district has us post this information: "The Snake River Water District has reported slightly higher than recommended lead levels in water supply. Steps you can take to reduce your exposure to lead in water include: Flush pipes before drinking (run water for 2 minutes upon arrival for your stay) Always use cold water for drinking, cooking and for preparing baby formula. Consider bottled water for consumption." We provide bottled water for guests.

Very nice place for stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was pretty good. However, the front desk is nearly not existing and phone number can not be reached. Very aweful thing is they contact me for additional cleaning fee after I left two weeks and show some pics with ketchups on the floor which I don't believe it was our fault. We paid cleaning fee and service fee but we don't receive any of service.

The front desk is always here for you, every day of the week - we are located in Dillon where you checked in. You possibly may have called the wrong number - we just checked our call logs on the computer, and you have never tried calling us. The reason you were charged for an extra cleaning fee is because we have you on camera spilling what appears to be tomato sauce, throughout the building. We had to clean it, and you were billed for doing so by the Home Owner's Association at that building. We hope that you enjoyed your stay, regardless of what happened after the fact.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great for the most part. The only issue was I did have access to the parking garage during the entire stay. I was not the only one as I ran into visitors that could not get into the garage using the pad key code. I tried a couple of days, and just gave up and parked in the parking lot on property outside the garage.

Great place, easy access to Keystone, easy check-in and check-out procedures. Good instructions.

Very, nice property, very clean and easy access to Keystone resort and road to get to Breckenridge. However with COVID-19 events changing daily, recommend people check news often and plan accordingly. Without notice the resorts all closed on the weekend we planned. Bummer...but needed. Just be prepared.

Convenient location

The location of the condo was great. The hot tub and pool was a plus. The unit does get hot at night but we just opened a window.

Operation New Years Ski Extravaganza

The property management was extremely nice and helpful. The property was just as advertised and very convient to the slopes. It has covered heated parking and excellent amenities (pool & hot tub). It was very cozy and magnified pleasent mountain ambiance. The location is near (walking distance) to ski shops, restaurants and market place. We very much enjoyed our stay and thankful for adding to our awesome holiday memories.

Fun stay

Easy to find, great communication, clean, house well-stocked. It would have been nice to have bottled water given the lead concerns, and the unit was also really hot so we kept the door/window open at night.

The Snake River Water District has asked us to inform guests that lead can enter drinking water when water is in contact, for several hours, with pipes or plumbing that contain lead, often from soldered connections. We ask guests to run the kitchen sink for 2 minutes at arrival to flush out the pipes as a precaution.

Condo was great!

The condo was just as described. Location was right across the street from Keystone Village about one-half mile from the River Run Gondola. Everything was clean and well apportioned. The only issue we had was the hallway outside the condo was kept in the mid to upper 80’s at all times. We literally had the shut the heat off and open the sliding door to the balcony and the bedroom window to keep room temps under 75. Not a huge deal breaker, but worth noting. Would definitely go back given the price and location.
