Vrbo took our booking and money on April 14, knowing there was construction going on-the hot tub was an issue because bees and wasps kept flying inside the tub, making it difficult to sit outside-there was no beach as advertised, just a hole with a Johne Deere backhoe -the entire property was dirty, with bugs under the extremely long curtains on the patio door-we slept on top of the bedding and used our own pillows and towels due to dirty linens-we were provided with: 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, 2 small white garbage bags and had to incur a cost to buy these essentials ourselves-1 working light bulb in the bathroom-broken toilet seat -we had to search for the AC hose, which was above the microwave -the AC filter was filthy and I had to clean it myself-the microwave did not work-2 outlets did not work-the dishwasher did not work and was filthy-it was a bar fridge, which was not advertised and we had to buy ice to keep our food cold-we had to call you at 9:30pm on Friday night because the stove did not work. You need to post the stove instructions for guests-on our last day there, we were woken to the sound of machinery and left 2 hours earlier than we had to because of the noiseWe were promised a partial refund, but we have yet to see it after multiple emails following up. I am now calling the Canadian anti-fraud association for false advertisement.
