Great rental

Everything about this house was perfect. Excellent location, everything was in good working order and the property was clean. We felt the area was very safe and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great girls trip house.

The house was the perfect place, very convenient to actives and downtown. Well stocked and beautiful kitchen. The hot tub, corn hole set up and outdoor seating area were very nice and we enjoyed using the amenities. Would book again

Quick getaway

Very nice house the backyard has a great view of the mountains. The inside was decorated nice and it was very clean and comfortable.

Cute place!

Loved the location. 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms really were convenient. Cute decor inside. Very clean. Hot tub was nice to end the day.

Great place to stay!

Overall, this house was really nice to stay in! The location was close to all the popular trails/mountains Colorado Springs has to offer. The house was very clean and is accurate to what you see in the listed pictures. This property was built in 1919 and although it is still in very good shape, there are areas where the age shows.

Visiting a CC Student with Family

Great location. Easy walk to CC arenas and fields. Clean property, fabulous outdoor area, and functional kitchen. We would absolutely stay again. We loved the fabulous coffee house/restaurant just a few blocks away.

Beautiful home

This is such a cute, comfy, and amazing place! Centrally located to everything you would want to do in the Springs. Loved the backyard and especially the hot tub. The interior is beautifully decorated and upgraded. Beds are so comfy! Loved it all!

Family Holiday Weekend

Overall we had a great stay - plenty of room for my family of 6. House was clean and well appointed. Management was very responsive when we reached out. It is in a cute neighborhood with a coffe shop a couple blocks away - and a few blocks from fireworks for July 4th!

Bridal Party Weekend!

This property exceeded expectations! It was exactly how it looked in the photos - but some how even better in real life. It was spotlessly clean. The backyard space was so much and so relaxing. It was the most fun to get ready at with all of my friends before my wedding. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice place

It was a nice place, centrally located. There was no flexibility with check in/out which was frustrating. The king bed is very stiff and not very comfortable but otherwise it worked for our family.

Keypads didn't work.Cigarette butts all over the backyard.Ground floor windows were open.Lock box for the back up key was open. Got into the house and it was not clean. Dead bugs, holes in the wall, not swept. No internet.The stay, overall, was a great disappointment.

Lovely Property

The property is just as described, very lovely! The outdoor area is perfect for evening relaxing and morning coffee. The upstairs bedrooms did get hot by the afternoon, however the portable A/C units and multiple fans helped. Otherwise it was a great location, very clean and updated, and overall perfect for our getaway! I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the Colorado Springs area.

8 day stay

Perfect location for my family to get together. They live close by. Downtown area is very close and very nice to visit. One thing we disliked was that there was no air conditioning. We had some issues and made phone calls to get them fix and the response get an “A+”. Thanks

Visit to our daughter stationed at Ft Carson

We spent a wonderful week in Colorado Springs visiting our daughter. The house was the perfect landing spot after a long day of hiking and all our adventures. The kitchen was well stocked and made it very easy for me to cook all the "home cooked " meals my daughter had been missing. We enjoyed the hot tub, backyard and weather. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we get to visit again! Only concern was in my check in email I was told the code to doors would be last 4 digits of phone number used to place reservation. It didn't not work, but we were able to call and get access after a short time. Thank you again!

colorado home

The listening was pretty accurate. We’d never stayed in downtown springs before, usually more outside of town, so it took us a minute to find the alleyway to get to the back for parking. When we did arrive and tried to go in our code didn’t work, but we called the number and they promptly answered and set up a new pin for us. There were plenty of rooms for our party of 6, sharing was planned for us. Kitchen was stocked with supplies for us to make our own suppers with a supermarket down the street. The downside was the master bedroom’s bed was extra firm, while that may be nice for many, my back did not care for it. overall great place, my 5 year old loved the hot top and corn hole, and walking down the block to a small playground with a coffee shop next to it. Would gladly stay again. :)

One of the best properties in The Springs!

I travel to Colorado Springs several times a year. There were four of us. The house was fantastic, the back yard was perfect for socializing, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The main floor living space and kitchen were spacious. A smart TV provided entertainment you would expect at home. The kitchen was not well equipped, but it had just about everything you need to prepare family meals. The bedroom and bathrooms were great for us to have our own spaces. The main bedroom is huge, including two walk-in closets, a large bathroom, and separate toilet room. The other two bathrooms were equally spacious. The only downside to this property was the lack of air conditioning. The house does not have central A/C. The main bedroom had a window-style unit that kept the room cool. There was a similar unit in the dining room and the main floor bedroom, but neither worked. It was very hot during our stay (over 90F), which made for a stuffy space and uncomfortable sleeping in the other two bedrooms. It was unpleasant, and I would not book this property again in the summer months. Overall, I loved this place and will stay here again when it is cooler!
