The house has a good layout and is nicely furnished and decorated. The master bedroom mattress is too firm, but all other beds were comfortable. The owner is excellent and very responsive. We did have a few issues during our stay. The house on the outside did not look ready to invite guests. Vinyl sliding is dirty, porch had not been swept and tattered garden flag from the spring season. When we entered the house, it was very cold; it was 40 degrees and raining when we arrived and the heat was off. It took 5 hours for the house to warm and the house felt airy during our entire stay, even with the heat on 72 degrees. The wash machine did not go into the spin cycle and we had to wring out the load of wet clothes and could not do needed laundry. The driveway could really benefit from some type of lighting,as it is difficult to see where to turn in at night There is a really nice dock available, unfortunately it was cold and rainy during our stay. Overall a great place, we just had some hiccups to deal with.

Perfect Getaway

This house was the perfect weekend getaway for the family. Quiet neighborhood. Nice layout. All items needed were in the house, down to the night light in the kids room. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great we enjoyed the spending time with family celebrating a birthday. The property manager was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was incredible. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

Home was just as pictured, plenty of beds for our group. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the lake. Would have been nice to have a blower for the leaves in the garage and driveway. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

I rented this place for the long Thanksgiving weekend to see my son at Clemson. Was as advertised - very clean inside. Kitchen was well appointed. Everybody remarked how comfortable the beds were. All in all a very nice "homey" feel to the inside. I just have two comments that prevented me from giving it 5 stars: First, the dining room table didn't have a light. I'm not sure why - there was a cutout above. Seems trivial, but we actually spent a lot of time at the table for family meals and playing card games. There was a nearby reading lamp from a chair in the corner but it did not illuminate the entire table. I don't think I've ever stayed at a place that didn't have a light above the dining room table. lol Second, it didn't seem like it was ready and waiting for guests. There were a lot of leaves on the driveway and walkway so as we were rolling in our luggage we were dragging leaves in with us. Inside, the MBR tv seemed to be brand new. I had to register it under my Amazon account for it to move on with the setup so I had to remember to factory reset it before I left. All in all, a nice place and I would definitely stay here again. I do hope the owners consider putting up a dining room table light.

Feels like home!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We had plenty of room for our family and were even able to host a lake day with our extended family that lives 20 minutes away. We had such a blast and didnā€™t feel like we wanted to go anywhere else while we visited. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock and swimming in the lake. It felt like home on a lake!

We had a very nice stay at this home. It is beautifully decorated and easy to use. I personally didnā€™t use the master bed because it is very firm but there were other beds to choose from to meet my taste. The kids loved using the paddleboards and kayaks even though the water was freezing. The property is easy to walk and access the lake.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was perfect for our family reunion. The host Jaimee communicated everything efficiently, and was always available. Itā€™s conveniently located, close to restaurants and shops. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Perfect

First thing I noticed was how clean it was. Beds were very comfortable. The decor and small touches made our stay feel like home. The fire pit was the perfect place to relax and have smores. We didn't jave time to enjoy going out on the lake but enjoyed sitting and taking it all in. The neighbors on both sides were very nice. The location was great. We were looking for something nice close to Anderson University and we found it. Thanks again for a perfect weekend. No doubt we will be back.
